今天看到消息，F35A已经在埃格林空军基地开始了首个军队飞行任务，F35A在去年开始装备美国空军是已经知道了的，但是据美国人自己的计划，F35A要到至少2016年才会具备“初始战斗能力”，这里就比较困扰了，在2012年就已经装备部队开始训练，为何要等到2016年才会具备ICO能力？
这段时期内，空军主要要完成什么科目？飞行包线的扩展、武器系统的试射和整合、战术战法的研究？但是貌似也不需要这么长时间吧？歼10在2003年底装备，2006年就可以参加演习了啊
个人推测，是否美军ICO能力的判定标准较高？还是目前F35A还有诸多科目的测试没有完成要留给军队去完成？
这些问题诚心请教各位，最重要的，是最好能够科普一下包括ICO在内的美军战机装备和试飞体制。。

但貌似也用不了4,5年这种久吧？试飞完成交付军方之后，应该主要就是战术战法的研究了吧

F22也是2001年装备，2005年开始战斗值勤。首先装备的是实验部队。这中间要用大约两年时间编写飞行训练大纲、探索战术战法研究。再用两年时间大批量训练飞行员。
F35的情况更特殊一些。现在试飞还没有完成，武器系统貌似也还没有开始实验。这么着急装备主要是为了挽留客户。

老美飞机还没搞好的，这是为了骗钱，硬干啊。他们急着赶快把这破烂推销出去，不然几千亿刀都要白废了。
