(and other littoral states of the South China Sea ) 是整体插入的，说越南，扯上其他国家，扩大矛盾面，这是新闻必须。
move即(operation、maneuver、procedure) 不是离开的意思。这点没错。


那路透社为啥要用 leaves？不是为了给读者造成中国已经服软撤退的印象，而是突出中国强暴、蛮横。中国自顾自地玩着，不把越南放在眼里，越南被撇在一边，看起来很可怜，呜呜呜，公义何在？

英文没顿号，逗号也能表示并列。

他们文化水平偏低。。。稍微深点的英文估计不认识。。。。Yes...No。。。这几个我估计他们还认识。。
