Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) has been awarded a five-year, AUD901 million (USD813 million) contract for the ongoing sustainment of the Royal Australian Air Force's (RAAF's) six-strong fleet of E-7A Wedgetail airborne early warning and control
(AEW&C) aircraft, Defence Minister David Johnston announced on 17 March.

澳大利亚防长大卫·约翰斯顿在3月17日宣布，波音澳大利亚防务公司被授予了一份为期5年，价值9.01澳元（8.13美元）的为澳大利亚皇家空军的6架E-7A空中预警和管制（AEW&C)飞机提供保障与支持设备的合同。

The contract extends an AUD600 million five-year in-service performance-based logistics support agreement signed with the Boeing Company in January 2010. This agreement was novated in July 2013 to BDA, a fully owned Boeing subsidiary, with other Boeing organisations acting as subcontractors.

这份在2010年1月与波音公司签署的合同提供价值6亿澳元，为期五年的基于现役物流水平的支持协议。这份协议后来在2013年7月被转交给BDA，波音公司旗下的全资子公司，与其他组织一起作为这项合同的次承包商。

Of the AUD901 million, AUD433 million will be spent in Australia, Johnson said in a statement.

A BDA spokesman said the contract covers the Wedgetail programme and supply chain management, engineering, and maintenance support until at least 2019, with the potential for further annual contract extensions based on performance and
continuous improvement.

一位BDA的发言人说这份合同覆盖了“楔尾”计划和支持链管理，工程和维修保养直到2019年，有可能会有基于性能和后续更新的潜在的合同。

On-aircraft deeper maintenance and training services for the Boeing 737-700-based platform will continue until at least 2016 when the Department of Defence (DoD) intends to market-test these services, the spokesman added.

发言人还表示，有关基于波音737-300飞机所开展的深层次的维修和训练服务将会至少持续到2016年直到国防部打算让这些服务开放到市场进行测试。

嗯，是从737改过来的。

楔尾，小飞猪刚提到过，不如咱500。

澳大利亚原来买了6架E-7A，一直以为是4架。

E-7A，韩国和土耳其的E-737，大体上相同，都是使用737-700机体和800机翼。
