The third and fourth Seahawk MH-60 Romeo maritime helicopters destined for service with the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) have completed production. Both aircraft undertook first flights at the Lockheed Martin facility in Owego, New York, on 25 February.  

第三和第四架为澳大利亚皇家海军设计的“海鹰”MH-60R舰载直升机已完成建造。在1月25日，这两架飞机都已经在洛克希德马丁公司完成了首飞。

The aircraft will join the first two MH-60Rs for training at the Jacksonville Naval Air Station, Florida. The first pair was accepted into service by the RAN at Jacksonville on 24 January.  



这两架战机将会加入位于杰克森威尔海军基地的训练。第一队战机已经在杰克逊维尔被澳大利亚皇家海军宣布入列了。

Australia is purchasing 24 MH-60Rs under Project AIR 9000 Phase 8, to replace the RAN's 16 S-70B-2 Seahawk, as well as the aborted SH-2G Seasprite project. The anti-submarine warfare (ASW) and anti-surface warfare (ASuW) platforms will be armed with Mk 45 torpedoes and AGM-114 Hellfire missiles, and will feature a sensor suite manufactured by Raytheon.  



澳大利亚计划购买24架MH-60R，用于替换澳大利亚皇家海军原有的16架S-70B-2,也替换不幸流产的SH-2G计划。这些反潜战和反水面战平台将装备MK45鱼雷和AGM-114地狱火导弹，也将装备雷神公司生产的传感器套件。

The helicopters and RAN aircrew are expected to remain in Florida for training until the end of 2014, before commencing operations at the Nowra Naval Air Station in New South Wales, Australia.



在前往澳大利亚瑙拉海军航空站服役之前，这些直升机和她的机组成员被期望着留在佛罗里达训练直到2014年末。

According to a statement by the Australian Department of Defence (DoD) issued on 25 January, a total of seven helicopters are set to be delivered over 2014. Delivery of the entire fleet is due to conclude by 2017.

根据澳大利亚国防部在1月25日的陈述，7架直升机将在2014年之前交付，全部的直升机可能就要等到2017年了。
