There are no plans to offer a vehicle similar to the T-50-2 for other nations. In fact, we plan to replace the T-50-2 at some point in the future.

Yes, consideration is being given on a per-vehicle basis. That process has just started so there won't be any changes in 7.4.

Tier 4 artillery have been performing fine overall. We don't have any immediate plans to make changes to them.

'When' is a tricky question to answer, because it ultimately requires the entire map to be implemented before we will unify the global map for all clusters.

It's exactly as you interpret it. Imagine that you will compete for land in your own real world time zone. So for example, someone in SEA will compete in prime time for SEA provinces. Someone in New York will compete in prime time for the east coast of the United States. Someone in Europe will compete in prime time for European provinces. And so on.
