对此我要说，那作者不是屁股歪了就是知识匮乏，他的数据充其量就是一片期刊上年度发表数量。而全世界仅SCI收录的期刊就有三千多种，你一种期刊就代表全部水平了？笑话！

《自然》杂志今日出版了增刊“2013 年度亚太地区《自然》杂志论文发表指数 (NPI)”。增刊编辑一致认为，中国在亚太地区科学界的主导影响力正在逐步上升。
增刊编辑预测，中国“在未来两至三年内，将逐步成为亚太地区 NPI 的首要贡献者”。中国在 2013 年已经取得不俗进展，中国科学院 (CAS) 首次将东京大学挤下 NPI 学术机构排名的榜首位置。中国科学家也一路高歌猛进，在《自然》杂志上发表的论文数量远多于日本或亚太地区任何其他国家和地区的同行。在化学领域，中国同样是区域领导者。
尽管中国增势迅猛，但按照作者单位数量对论文发表数字进行修正后，日本仍是此区域执牛耳者。然而，中国正在缩小差距，依目前速度发展，有可能在 2014 年超过日本。

基础科学，兔子的确还有很长的路要走，希望CEPC-SPPC项目能够加速，造更多的FAST这样规模的望远镜，发射更多HXMT等卫星，未来5-10年有很多东西值得期待
不过也要记得用自然杂质发表数来比，也无视了很多咱们根本不跟MD一起玩得东西，这就和鬼子不同
比如去年发表的创纪录的卫星量子通讯论文，被人发现里面照射的德国CHAMP卫星2010年就再如了，也就是说这个记录其实兔子3年前就突破了，因为保密等了3年才发表，这3年间欧洲那帮人还以为一直在和兔子竞赛，这论文发表后就没有竞赛一说了
