TG开始输血拯救中国的造船业

据国际媒体报道，TG推出三年计划方案整顿造船业，并下令贷款给熔盛重工等濒临破产的大型造船企业，用输血法拯救中国的造船业。
北京本周将派几百名会计到各地严查地方ZF的债务。此前国际货币基金会警告说TG的国债已经危险的达到GDP的180%，开始接近脚盆的国债率。

熔盛重工为巴西制造的十二艘四十万吨级超级巨轮中的一艘停泊在大连港，前面那艘小船也有八万吨：

China's ratio of credit to GDP has risen to around 180% in 2012, from 123% in 2008, according to WSJ estimates based on central bank data. Sharp increases in credit, which have continued into 2013, raise fears of wasteful allocation of capital and a buildup of bad loans in the banking system. "Reining in total social financing growth is a priority," said Mr. Lipton, noting that might slow activity in the short term, but also support the transition to sustainable growth.
