自主与日、欧、美、韩系品牌CSI差距加大

自主车企公关没做好,要加大砸钱力度。。。


J.D. Power Asia Pacific released 2011 China Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Study on July 28, which shows that the customer satisfaction index of China’s auto industry has reached new high due to progress in “vehicle delivery after service” and “service quality”.





CSI的得分比2010年高,说明车企的服务和售后比以前高。国产品牌车企进步明显。


调查排名前五的是:广州本田,东风本田,别克,东风雪铁龙,通用雪佛兰
国产品牌前五是:荣威,东风风神,奇瑞,一汽(含奔腾),吉利全球鹰。
