United Engine Corporation (UEC, part of Rostec State Corporation) has already manufactured 7 test PD-14 engines for Russian MS-21 airliner; four more ones will be manufactured this year, RIA Novosti reports with reference to UEC CEO Vladislav Masalov.

“7 engines have been manufactured so far; they are undergoing tests. In the first half of 2015 the engine will start flying on Il-76LL flying testbed and the tests on high-altitude test bench of the CIAM (Central Institute Of Aviation Motors) will be started. In 2015 four more test engines will be assembled,” Masalov said at Aero India-2015 airshow held in Bangalor.

He noted that the testing of the engine’s components is being carried out in parallel.

MS-21 airliner developed by Irkut Corporation will be operated in Russia and other countries. Maiden flight of MS-21 jet powered by PD-14 engine is scheduled for 2015. MS-21 Family aircraft seating from 130 to 211 passengers are going to enter the most popular market segment, which is at present occupied by foreign analogues.

PD-14 is a turbofan engine featuring a direct fan drive (no gearbox) with a separate core and bypass duct discharge. The baseline PD-14 for MS-21-300 aircraft (developed by Irkut Corporation) has a thrust of 14 tons.

UEC is the integrated company responsible for production of aircraft engines for military and civil aircraft, spacecraft, as well as gas turbine power plants used to generate electricity and heat energy, gas compressor units and marine gas turbine units.

PD14是一系列发动机构成,推力12--18吨,与CFM International LEAP-X和Pratt & Whitney PW1000G等同属一代,都是下一代发动机
PD14油耗, 0.526 kg/kgf.hr
LEAP-X比CFM56-7BE低15%
PW1000比上代低12-15%

这是2010年计划的项目,为新机型MS21准备的,替代PS90,作为SAM146备份等,很多用途准备的,正常发动机换代计划

正在走EASA的取证,2016年装在第二架MS21上试飞(第一架用PW发动机),预计2017年拿到EASA

这个未来看未来到什么时间点上 长江一千的设计指标和毛子这个差不多 未来长江一千用在运二零上也不是没有 ...
CJ1000那得好多年以后了,不过PD14就在这两三年了……

CFM56还是得看是减几

CFM56-3和之前问题还是蛮多的
-5做出了一些改进 对于-3是一个很大的跨越
-7才算是修成正果

WS20能有-3的水平就算不错了、
感觉超大应该单独设置一个发动机版块了。
当然,包括但不限于航空发动机。

y原以为会因为经济形势大受影响,不过似乎反而没怎么遭到打击?
