反正我接触过香港亲戚和同事是没有一个支持23条的，香港人对23条的理解就是通过了23条就意味着警察可以随时随地以国家安全为由捉人，这是他们觉得无法接受的。从多一事不如少一事的角度出发很多普通香港人是不支持23条立法的
