China’s economy is growing. China becomes biggest trading partner for many countries. China loans and invests billions of dollars overseas. We buy everybody’s debt and we build many roads, buildings, and sea port for others, yet our friend list kept shrinking every year. What’s wrong with us?
North Korea is our friend, maybe not. Once China stops feeding them, they could turn bite us.
Iran is our friend, maybe. They trust Russia more, they can’t count on us
Russia is our friend, half and half. They think we are friend when they need it

中国经济在成长，有木有。中国是世界上寻多国家最大的合作伙伴。中国投资信贷千百亿给海外。有木有。我们买每一个人的债然后我们建设很多的路，房子，海港还有其他。但是我们朋友却年复一年日复一日的减少，坑爹啊。我们到底怎么了。
北朝鲜是我们的朋友，或许不是。当中国停止援助他们的时候，他们就会发过来咬我们。吓死了。
伊朗是我们的朋友，一半一半。人家更喜欢毛子，人家不相信我们。
俄罗斯是我们的朋友，他们觉得我们是他们需要的朋友。有木有。
古巴是我们的朋友，但是他们太远太没用。
巴基斯坦当然也是我们的朋友，但是我们因为他而丢失了亲爱的印度。
越南曾经是我们的朋友，但是他们现在吧我们当头号敌人。
纳闷利比亚，伊拉克，埃及，叙利亚呢？呕，政府可能换哦，阵营也可能换哦。
中国曾经又很多朋友？有木有。我们能有更多的朋友么？。。。如果可以的话，怎么成为好朋友呢？

I was long suspicious about this conspiracy. But now I’m a more believer of it because I couldn’t understand why our foreign policy all of sudden become so aggressive and awkward in recent years while China essentially gained nothing except never ending protests and warnings. We are acting like a roaring dragon without teeth.

A little has to do with plain jealousy due to China's achievements in the last 30 years. However, genuine mistrust is a combination of
1) Suppression of Tibet and East Turkmenistan - No need to explain. China just walked into these places and said ok we own you now.
2) Disregard for neighbors when core interests are concerned. take the recent incident with Philippines - A spot 50 miles from the Philipino coast and 500 miles from the nearest Chinese coast is apparently Chinese territory.
3) Aligning with the dirtiest regimes in the world - North Korea and Paksitan are not exactly saintly nations, even without considering US opinion.

Oh well, there could be more. But the larger point is that all of these are easy to set right.
1) Autonomy in the first case. Not Sovereignty, just autonomy. Thats all they have been asking for.
2) A little sensitivity and co-operation can go a long way. You dont own the sea just because some Chinese went to fish there a few decades ago.
3) Just stop dancing with these murderers. How difficult is that?

World is divided between 2 powers U.S. and Russia. (50% with U.S. and 25% with Russia and 25% are neutral). There are few countries who are neutral like India but they are few.

For example: Syria, Iran are Russian friend whereas Turkey, KSA, Bahrain, Israel are with U.S., China east neighbours are U.S. allies but countries like Vietnam, CAR are Russian allies.

In polarised world only 25% countries are left who has to take 1 side. Normally any country which challenges U.S. is bound to face consequence. Russia faced but still dominates 25% world due to defence capability and huge geography. Since, China is against U.S. Hence 50% of the world can't make good relation with China. Also, there are many neighbouring countries of China from Japan to India also have certain reservation against China. What left ?? Middle-East, Europe, Latin America, Africa and Australia. 75% of them are U.S. allies and rest with Russian or neutral. If they become friend of China then it would be Anti-American.

There are 2 solution : 1> Make good relation with all neighbours (Policy should be based on adjustment and not expansionism) 2> Improve defence capability. [ Check MIG Fighter jets - It is operated by 40-50 countries but no one operates J series fighter jets except few countries like Pakistan - It's inferior and copied one. Why anyone will Buy J-11 when Russia is providing original Su-27 ? ]

its not your fault, you have been made to beleive this. After what Japan did to china, the insecurity turned into aggresiveness when china started getting power.then not only they attacked india but also vietnam. china also tried to start a war again in

Well, arrogance behaviors from some Chinese people are probably extra reason to cause uncomfortable feelings to many other countries.
The world is a competing place, no doubt. But we still need to coexist with each other and learn how to compromise. Even a small country could become desperate fighter if were pushed to corner. Current Chinese society is like a jungle where the strongest and most powerful live, prosperous whereas poor and disadvantage one suffer and perish. There is no rule except whose fist is bigger and who holds more power. Conscientious and sympathy has no place to live.
Such mentality is unfortunately reflect in our national policy which caused our inconvenience reality today

how do you define “friends”？

Does India have any friends？Does India consider the US, for example, a friend？

If so, then China and the US enjoy a much closer relationship than India does the US, economically, politically and strategically.

its not your fault, you have been made to beleive this. After what Japan did to china, the insecurity turned into aggresiveness when china started getting power.then not only they attacked india but also vietnam. china also tried to start a war again in
1986 but this time India was ready. This aggresiveness in china has only japan to blame for it.

Well, arrogance behaviors from some Chinese people are probably extra reason to cause uncomfortable feelings to many other countries.
The world is a competing place, no doubt. But we still need to coexist with each other and learn how to compromise. Even a small country could become desperate fighter if were pushed to corner. Current Chinese society is like a jungle where the strongest and most powerful live, prosperous whereas poor and disadvantage one suffer and perish. There is no rule except whose fist is bigger and who holds more power. Conscientious and sympathy has no place to live.
Such mentality is unfortunately reflect in our national policy which caused our inconvenience reality today

how do you define “friends”？

Does India have any friends？Does India consider the US, for example, a friend？

If so, then China and the US enjoy a much closer relationship than India does the US, economically, politically and strategically.

Ditto China's relationship with the EU, Japan, the two Koreas, Brazil, South Afirca。。。etc
