BEIJING: Chinese economy grew at its slowest pace in 13 years posting 7.8 per cent year-on-year growth in 2012 amid external jitters and domestic woes.
Data released by the National Bureau of Statistics showed that the growth rate, the weakest expansion in 13 years, was down from 9.3 per cent in 2011 and 10.4 per cent in 2010.

[Progress is frank for Mainland China] Almost all China's (Mainland ROC Taiwan Hong Kong Singapore) neighboring countries are growing well. Now trade between China with Southeast Asia, Russia, Korea (South and North), Latin America and Africa are all expanded nicely. Big infrastructure should be invested to link India and China; then trade, tourism and cultural exchange between India and Mainland China would be expanded largely, and it will benefit for each other.

In 3000 years history, China's exports were always more than 10 times than Korea. In my opinion, the GDP of Shandong Province would be bigger than South Korea; Fujian Province would be bigger than Taiwan, it is just a question of time. I have been to Mainland China for several times, the progress is definitely for every visit. One week later I will travel to Fujian Province in Mainland China again.
