往后的内容就是美国和日本吵谁对谁错，如果美国的评估是正确的，那么不只是４号堆，整个电站的辐射都会高得让人无法接近。最坏的可能性就是抢险停止，人员撤离，所有的堆都等着熔化。

Until the BP disaster, and now the massive nuclear power plant disaster, we held a false sense of security that the people who run these things knew what to do if a catastrophic event occured. Instead we see the people in charge saying "lets try this", and "well that didn't work, so lets try this instead". They're clueless, just as the BP executives were clueless.

If there was such a feasible plan, they would have shared this information with the Japanese. President Obama placed a moratorium on deep offshore drilling until the industry could demonstrate that "they knew what they were doing." I think he should declare the same for the American nuclear power industry.
