法国人也不害臊？
感觉在“突袭”游戏中还是比较耐揍的！
感觉是因为在使用坦克的思想上的落后，以及对战争形式的错误判断，造成法国在二战前，并没有把坦克的发展做为当务之急来看。因此上，法国的坦克总体上是落后了。
至于性能，由于作用上的问题，好象并没有发挥出来。
其实在二战初期，德国的坦克也没那么利害，但是他们对坦克的使用上，思想很超前，战术很先进。

法国坦克在性能上对比德国同期坦克还是有一定优势的。主要输在对坦克的使用上。
如果在拿破仑手里就不一样了！
这个老古董保养得还真不赖啊。不象TG的，一片锈迹斑斑

B1坦克编制
The Renault B1bis "Sousse"(苏斯) (B1bis n°283, 1/28e BCC) destroyed 7 German tanks (3 with the 47mm SA35 turret gun and 4 with the 75mm SA35 hull gun) on May 15 during the battle of Flavion (in Belgium). The tank is knocked out during this same day.
Crew of the Renault B1bis "Sousse":

- Radio operator: Chasseur Vallet
On May 16, the Renault B1bis "Eure"(厄尔) (Lieutenant Bilotte) pushed in the town of Stonne. He attacked a German column of Pz.Rgt.8 and destroyed 2 PzIV, 11 PzIII and 2 3.7cm PaKs. The first shots destroyed simultaneously the first (with the 47mm turret gun) and the last tank (with the 75mm hull gun) of the column. The first German tanks were at less then 50m range. The armor of the B1bis is scattered with 140 impacts, none of the projectiles penetrated the armor. One can see here a kind of small 'Villers Bocage'. It is nonetheless possible that several of these 13 German tanks were wrecks of tanks knocked already on May 15.One can see here a kind of small 'Villers Bocage' and after that action Bilotte was nicknamed 'the butcher of Stonne' by his comrades.The Renault B1bis "Eure" will be scuttled in June 13.
Still on 16th May, around 17h00, the B1bis " Riquewihr " from Lieutenant Doumecq attacked towards Stonne and encountered a German infantry column, which fired at the tank with infantry weapons including anti-tank rifles, without effect. The B1bis crushed some German troops and pushed into a small village defended by the Schützen Regiment 64. When the soldiers saw the bloody tracks of the tank they fled in panic.
On the evening of 17th May in the bridgehead of Hauteville-Neuvilette, the 6.PzD had pulled a French heavy tank attack back. One of the 3.7cm Pak36 (Leutenant Neckenauer) had hit a French tank 25 times. Only at the 26th shot the track was hit enough to immobilize the tank but none of the other shells damaged the B1bis tank.
On 17th May in Crécy (North of Laon), report from the 1.PzD (BA-MA, RH 27-1/170, p.29) : "One B1bis tank crushed the defenses and took the direction of Mortiers, advancing along the 1st KRAD-Schützen battalion. The Pz.Rgt.1 was totally surprised and couldn't at first react. The B1bis tank advanced through Mortiers. Then the (German) tanks fired numerous shells on the rear of the B1bis. The B1bis stopped and the crew surrendered. The B1bis was scattered with impacts of 3.7cm and a few 7.5cm but NONE of the shells penetrated the armor.
The battle on the Aisne River(埃纳河)lasted from May 17 to June 11. The 14e DI illustrated itself by resisting to all the German attacks and it even took some 800 German POWs around Rethel(雷泰尔). general De Lattre de Tassigny,(future commander of the 1st French Army in 1943)requisitioned 3 replacement B1bis tanks from the 8e BCC ("Villers-Bretonneux", "Téméraire(鲁莽)" and "Lunéville"(吕内维尔)) under the command of Sous-lieutenant Robert to defend the bridges in Rethel. After 5 days of combats (May 17-21, 1940) the area was still under French control and these 3 B1bis tanks had destroyed 20 tanks (including 5 Panzer IV), 9 armored cars, 12 motorcycles / side-cars, 10 cars and 16 trucks. It is nonetheless to mention that several of these victories are probably to share with AT guns from the French infantry. I don't know of the victories are shared between the B1bis tanks.
On May 17, the Renault B1bis "Mistral" and "Tunisie" from 3/15e BCC (3rd company of the 15th tank battalion - 2e DCr) attacked the German troops at Landrecies(朗德勒西镇), south of the Mormal Forest. Advancing between two columns of armored cars, few light tanks (Panzer I and Panzer II) and probably armored personnal carriers (Sd.Kfz.251) they slaughtered around 50 German vehicles of all kinds in 20 minutes.

The testimony of Sous-lieutenant Gaudet, commander of the B1bis "Tunisie" enables to tell the story from the French side. Initially 2 B1bis tanks were to attack but shortly before one of them experienced a mechanical breakdown. During there movement towards Landrecies they stayed camouflaged and immobile during about 45 minutes since the Luftwaffe was strongly bombing the towns around.

The "Tunisie" starts to fire meticulously and systematically on each German AFV in the street. The "Tunisie" moves two times all along the eastern part of Landrecies, firing on each spotted target.

The "Tunisie" has lost visual contact with the "Mistral" of the company commander and avoids to cross the bridge on the canal in Landrecies, assuming that the core and heavy elements of the German Panzerdivision are deployed in the western part of Landrecies. Nonetheless, two 3.7cm PaKs are defending the bridge. They fire on the French B1bis without effect and are quickly destroyed.

In Landrecies itself, Sous-lieutenant Gaudet says that there were probably about 200 various vehicles. He destroyed two 3.7cm PaKs (for a total of 4) and many (armored) vehicles. He saw very few German soldiers in the street except AT gunners. All the crews fled and were hidden in the houses. The various hits on the turret of the B1bis tanks showed that the Germans fired also with AT rifles but they did not damage the tank. On the other hand, the machineguns of the B1bis tank penetrated easily many German armored cars and put them on fire with AP rounds.

Fearing a counter-attack and without having achieved a complete destruction of the enemy vehicles, the "Tunisie" moves back. The streets are full of burning vehicles whose ammunition is exploding. Sous-lieutenant Gaudet estimated that perhaps about 100 German vehicles were burning or out of use. The "Tunisie" alone had fired 8 shells of 75mm, 27 shells of 47mm and 3 MG magazines (450 cartridges).

At 12h25, 20 minutes after being entered in Landrecies, the "Tunisie" moves to Ors on an empty road. Sous-lieutenant Gaudet meets 3 French soldiers who were POWs in Landrecies and managed to escape during the attack. In Ors the "Tunisie" meets the "Mistral" (Lieutenant Pompier) but also the "Tornade"(龙卷风) (Sous-lieutenant Rival), the "Vosges"(弗日) (Lieutenant Willig) and the "Nantes"(南特)(Sous-lieutenant Phelep), which arrived in reinforcement. The "Mistral" is covered by many hits but remains undamaged. Lieutenant Pompier has been back from Landrecies 10 minutes before sous-lieutenant Gaudet. He tells that he has destroyed two AT guns and many armored vehicles.

In about 20 minutes these 2 B1bis tanks have destroyed 6 AT guns and about 50-100 vehicles. Different sources mention the terrific number of 100 destroyed "AFVs" but sous-lieutenant Raiffaud, commander of the B1bis "Indochine"(印度支那), also from the 3/15e BCC, speaks about 50 destroyed AFVs (armored cars, light tanks, APCs etc.), which remains nevertheless a significant number.
The real number of destroyed German vehicles is of course probably closer to 50 than to 100 vehicles. This number includes armored cars, armored personal carriers and a few light tanks. Nonetheless, the core of these destroyed vehicles consists probably in various softskins.

On 28th May, during the battle of Abbeville, the B1bis "Jeanne d'Arc" from the 1/47e BCC (4e DCR) received more than 90 shells in 2 hours before being put out of combat. The attack starts at 17h00, east of Doudelainville. German AT guns fire on the "Jeanne d'Arc". Two German guns are quickly destroyed with the 75mm hull gun but one 3.7cm shell penetrates unluckily (or luckily, depends on the point of view) in the barrel of the hull gun and destroys it.
The "Jeanne d'Arc" takes the command of the 1st company and moves through Huppy (were a German infantry battalion is destroyed), firing with its MGs on the German soldiers who are met. Moving on, the B1bis crosses the RN28 road south-west of Les Croisettes and heads towards hill 104, where he is engaged by numerous German guns including 8.8cm FlaK. The turret is penetrated by 2 heaby shells and is blocked, the gunsight and the episcopes are broken. The tank commander and the loader are WIA. Completely disarmed, the tank nonetheless charges the enemy. Several AT guns are crushed under the tracks and two vehicles are rammed and destroyed. Once the slaughter achieved the B1bis tank pulls back.
Back at the level of Les Croisettes, an other shell (probably a 8.8cm shell) penetrates the fuel tank on the left side and put the tank on fire. The crew bails out and hides in the hedges, avoiding all the German patrols. During the night the crew returned safely to the French lines.

Other examples of B1bis tanks attacking and how they are destroyed, on 10th June against the counter-attack towards Perthes, south of Rethel :
On 10th May morning, the "groupement Buisson" is the single unit able to lead a counter-attack in the area of Rethel. But it was south of the Retourne River and had first to cross it. The tanks reached their base line only at 14h00. At this moment the German bridgehead's size has already considerably increased. After refuelling, the unit is ready to attack at 15h00 but is only launched at 17h00.
The French counter-attack is launched without artillery or aviation support. The movements of the "groupement Buisson" are spotted by the Luftwaffe and will be stopped mainly by the numerous guns installed in anti-tank role by the 21.ID.
The "groupement Buisson" is split in 2 parts :
1) One part which has crossed the Retourne River more on the east and will attack the Germans from an east / south-east axis :
- Northern attack on the Annelles - Perthes axis (groupement of lieutenant-colonel Maître) with elements of the 3e DCR : 17 Hotchkiss H39 (2/42e and 3/42e BCC), 9 Renault B1bis (2/41e BCC) and the 3 infantry companies of the 16e BCP (bataillon de chasseurs portés).
- Southern attack on the Juniville - Tagnon axis (groupement of lieutenant-colonel Salanié) with elements of the 3e DCR : 25 Hotchkiss H39 (45e BCC), 10 Renault B1bis (1/41e BCC) and of the 7e DLM : reduced 31e RDP (Régiment de Dragons Portés).
A few B1bis tanks from the 3/41e BCC remain in Annelles as protection and take not part to the attack.

The French tanks crushes some German troops, reaches Perthes and inflicts heavy losses to the German troops of the IR.3 and IR.5 (21.ID). A German artillery barrage added to the direct fire of the 8.8cm Flak and 10.5cm leFH18 guns from the 21.ID, reinforced by the Panzerjäger-Abteilung 560 (8.8cm Flak), blocks the French advance, destroying 9 Hotchkiss H39 and 3 Renault B1bis tanks.
The action has been described by sous-lieutenant Tuffet, commander of the B1bis "Corbières".
The Hotchkiss H39 are progressing in front of the B1bis tanks. After having crossed a hill the H39s are engaged by very numerous AT guns and HMGs deployed behind and along a road. The 9 B1bis of the 2/41e BCC charge then against the German positions to cover the Hotchkiss tanks.
With their 47mm turret guns and the 75mm hull gun the French B1bis tanks fire towards the flashes revealing the German AT guns' positions. With its coaxial MG lieutenant Tuffet kills a whole group of German soldiers moving along the road. A bit later he destroys 2 self-propelled guns (no information about the exact type).
Many anti-tank guns are firing on the B1bis "Aisne" which is hit many times but without effect and it fires intensively back. The B1bis "Aisne" reached the road, crushes some German soldiers and a AT guns under its tracks and destroys a MG nest.
The B1bis "Corbières" is hit by many 3.7cm shells, no penetration at all but the bad feeling of being a target. About every 5 seconds a 3.7cm shell is clicking against the armor. The periscope of the copula is destroyed. One bolt goes away and hits the helmet of the radio but without any injury. The B1bis "Corbières" fires with all its weapons while advancing in the German lines.
Added to the German AT gun firing, the German artillery barrage is always more intense. Lieutenant Tuffet sees the "Aisne" and "Yonne" tanks firing on the enemy's position. On the left he spots an AT gun firing on the "Aisne" and he destroys it with is 47mm turret gun. A running German soldier is also killed with the coaxial MG. Suddenly a violent shock, the 47mm gun sight is destroyed and the turret is blocked. Through the episcopes lieutenant Tuffet sees the B1bis "Yonne" being abandoned and scuttled by its crew. The B1bis "Corbières" fires then only with the 75mm hull gun but a second very violent explosion neutralizes the 75mm SA35 gun too. The radio antenna is also destroyed. Unarmed, the B1bis "Corbières" moves back and recovers the crew of the "Yonne" which embarks thanks to the bottom hatch. Equipments stored on the tank roof (blankets) are put on fire. The tank pulls back in cover and lieutenant Tuffet stops the fire with an extinguisher. It is about 20h30 and the B1bis "Corbières", damaged, moves back to the departure line in Annelles. Perthes is on fire and the German artillery barrage is still very intense.
The B1bis "Aisne" is still advancing in the German lines and destroys a German infantry squad hidden in a field. A violent shock on the hull, a second one on the copula which destroys the binoculars. Lieutenant Homé is WIA and blind during several minutes. One fuel tank is also damaged and fuel is leaking on the floor. The "Aisne" pulls back in the French lines. It is more than 21h00, after more than 3 hours of combat.
The B1bis "Bayard" has its turret MG damaged by a 3.7cm shell at the very beginning of the engagement. A 10.5cm shell penetrates the right side hull and 1 crew member is lightly wounded but the tank is still operational and destroys many AT guns before retreating to the French lines.
From the 9 B1bis, 3 have been destroyed or abandoned ("Yonne", "Durance" and "Arlay"), 4 are damaged ("Aisne", "Corbières", "Villers-Marmery" and "Bayard") but returned in the French lines and 2 are still fully operational.
All the surviving tanks are covered by numerous 3.7cm shells impacts that did not penetrate the armor. On the B1bis "Corbières" more than 100 gouges, as big as eggs, could be counted.
Destroyed/abandoned B1bis :
- B1bis "Yonne" : under fire from 10 various field/AA/AT guns firing from the front and the left. The tanks destroys 5 of them but one German shell ignites a fire in the engine. It is extinguished but the tank is immobilized, the 75mm SA35 hull gun is therefore grossly useless. On May 16, the Renault B1bis "Eure"(厄尔) (Lieutenant Bilotte) pushed in the town of Stonne. He attacked a German column of Pz.Rgt.8 and destroyed 2 PzIV, 11 PzIII and 2 3.7cm PaKs. The first shots destroyed simultaneously the first (with the 47mm turret gun) and the last tank (with the 75mm hull gun) of the column. The first German tanks were at less then 50m range. The armor of the B1bis is scattered with 140 impacts, none of the projectiles penetrated the armor. One can see here a kind of small 'Villers Bocage'. It is nonetheless possible that several of these 13 German tanks were wrecks of tanks knocked already on May 15.One can see here a kind of small 'Villers Bocage' and after that action Bilotte was nicknamed 'the butcher of Stonne' by his comrades.The Renault B1bis "Eure" will be scuttled in June 13.
Still on 16th May, around 17h00, the B1bis " Riquewihr " from Lieutenant Doumecq attacked towards Stonne and encountered a German infantry column, which fired at the tank with infantry weapons including anti-tank rifles, without effect. The B1bis crushed some German troops and pushed into a small village defended by the Schützen Regiment 64. When the soldiers saw the bloody tracks of the tank they fled in panic.
On the evening of 17th May in the bridgehead of Hauteville-Neuvilette, the 6.PzD had pulled a French heavy tank attack back. One of the 3.7cm Pak36 (Leutenant Neckenauer) had hit a French tank 25 times. Only at the 26th shot the track was hit enough to immobilize the tank but none of the other shells damaged the B1bis tank.
On 17th May in Crécy (North of Laon), report from the 1.PzD (BA-MA, RH 27-1/170, p.29) : "One B1bis tank crushed the defenses and took the direction of Mortiers, advancing along the 1st KRAD-Schützen battalion. The Pz.Rgt.1 was totally surprised and couldn't at first react. The B1bis tank advanced through Mortiers. Then the (German) tanks fired numerous shells on the rear of the B1bis. The B1bis stopped and the crew surrendered. The B1bis was scattered with impacts of 3.7cm and a few 7.5cm but NONE of the shells penetrated the armor.
The battle on the Aisne River(埃纳河)lasted from May 17 to June 11. The 14e DI illustrated itself by resisting to all the German attacks and it even took some 800 German POWs around Rethel(雷泰尔). general De Lattre de Tassigny,(future commander of the 1st French Army in 1943)requisitioned 3 replacement B1bis tanks from the 8e BCC ("Villers-Bretonneux", "Téméraire(鲁莽)" and "Lunéville"(吕内维尔)) under the command of Sous-lieutenant Robert to defend the bridges in Rethel. After 5 days of combats (May 17-21, 1940) the area was still under French control and these 3 B1bis tanks had destroyed 20 tanks (including 5 Panzer IV), 9 armored cars, 12 motorcycles / side-cars, 10 cars and 16 trucks. It is nonetheless to mention that several of these victories are probably to share with AT guns from the French infantry. I don't know of the victories are shared between the B1bis tanks.
On May 17, the Renault B1bis "Mistral" and "Tunisie" from 3/15e BCC (3rd company of the 15th tank battalion - 2e DCr) attacked the German troops at Landrecies(朗德勒西镇), south of the Mormal Forest. Advancing between two columns of armored cars, few light tanks (Panzer I and Panzer II) and probably armored personnal carriers (Sd.Kfz.251) they slaughtered around 50 German vehicles of all kinds in 20 minutes.

The testimony of Sous-lieutenant Gaudet, commander of the B1bis "Tunisie" enables to tell the story from the French side. Initially 2 B1bis tanks were to attack but shortly before one of them experienced a mechanical breakdown. During there movement towards Landrecies they stayed camouflaged and immobile during about 45 minutes since the Luftwaffe was strongly bombing the towns around.

The "Tunisie" starts to fire meticulously and systematically on each German AFV in the street. The "Tunisie" moves two times all along the eastern part of Landrecies, firing on each spotted target.

The "Tunisie" has lost visual contact with the "Mistral" of the company commander and avoids to cross the bridge on the canal in Landrecies, assuming that the core and heavy elements of the German Panzerdivision are deployed in the western part of Landrecies. Nonetheless, two 3.7cm PaKs are defending the bridge. They fire on the French B1bis without effect and are quickly destroyed.

In Landrecies itself, Sous-lieutenant Gaudet says that there were probably about 200 various vehicles. He destroyed two 3.7cm PaKs (for a total of 4) and many (armored) vehicles. He saw very few German soldiers in the street except AT gunners. All the crews fled and were hidden in the houses. The various hits on the turret of the B1bis tanks showed that the Germans fired also with AT rifles but they did not damage the tank. On the other hand, the machineguns of the B1bis tank penetrated easily many German armored cars and put them on fire with AP rounds.

Fearing a counter-attack and without having achieved a complete destruction of the enemy vehicles, the "Tunisie" moves back. The streets are full of burning vehicles whose ammunition is exploding. Sous-lieutenant Gaudet estimated that perhaps about 100 German vehicles were burning or out of use. The "Tunisie" alone had fired 8 shells of 75mm, 27 shells of 47mm and 3 MG magazines (450 cartridges).

In about 20 minutes these 2 B1bis tanks have destroyed 6 AT guns and about 50-100 vehicles. Different sources mention the terrific number of 100 destroyed "AFVs" but sous-lieutenant Raiffaud, commander of the B1bis "Indochine"(印度支那), also from the 3/15e BCC, speaks about 50 destroyed AFVs (armored cars, light tanks, APCs etc.), which remains nevertheless a significant number.
The real number of destroyed German vehicles is of course probably closer to 50 than to 100 vehicles. This number includes armored cars, armored personal carriers and a few light tanks. Nonetheless, the core of these destroyed vehicles consists probably in various softskins.

On 28th May, during the battle of Abbeville, the B1bis "Jeanne d'Arc" from the 1/47e BCC (4e DCR) received more than 90 shells in 2 hours before being put out of combat. The attack starts at 17h00, east of Doudelainville. German AT guns fire on the "Jeanne d'Arc". Two German guns are quickly destroyed with the 75mm hull gun but one 3.7cm shell penetrates unluckily (or luckily, depends on the point of view) in the barrel of the hull gun and destroys it.
The "Jeanne d'Arc" takes the command of the 1st company and moves through Huppy (were a German infantry battalion is destroyed), firing with its MGs on the German soldiers who are met. Moving on, the B1bis crosses the RN28 road south-west of Les Croisettes and heads towards hill 104, where he is engaged by numerous German guns including 8.8cm FlaK. The turret is penetrated by 2 heaby shells and is blocked, the gunsight and the episcopes are broken. The tank commander and the loader are WIA. Completely disarmed, the tank nonetheless charges the enemy. Several AT guns are crushed under the tracks and two vehicles are rammed and destroyed. Once the slaughter achieved the B1bis tank pulls back.
Back at the level of Les Croisettes, an other shell (probably a 8.8cm shell) penetrates the fuel tank on the left side and put the tank on fire. The crew bails out and hides in the hedges, avoiding all the German patrols. During the night the crew returned safely to the French lines.

Other examples of B1bis tanks attacking and how they are destroyed, on 10th June against the counter-attack towards Perthes, south of Rethel :
On 10th May morning, the "groupement Buisson" is the single unit able to lead a counter-attack in the area of Rethel. But it was south of the Retourne River and had first to cross it. The tanks reached their base line only at 14h00. At this moment the German bridgehead's size has already considerably increased. After refuelling, the unit is ready to attack at 15h00 but is only launched at 17h00.
The French counter-attack is launched without artillery or aviation support. The movements of the "groupement Buisson" are spotted by the Luftwaffe and will be stopped mainly by the numerous guns installed in anti-tank role by the 21.ID.
The "groupement Buisson" is split in 2 parts :
1) One part which has crossed the Retourne River more on the east and will attack the Germans from an east / south-east axis :
- Northern attack on the Annelles - Perthes axis (groupement of lieutenant-colonel Maître) with elements of the 3e DCR : 17 Hotchkiss H39 (2/42e and 3/42e BCC), 9 Renault B1bis (2/41e BCC) and the 3 infantry companies of the 16e BCP (bataillon de chasseurs portés).
- Southern attack on the Juniville - Tagnon axis (groupement of lieutenant-colonel Salanié) with elements of the 3e DCR : 25 Hotchkiss H39 (45e BCC), 10 Renault B1bis (1/41e BCC) and of the 7e DLM : reduced 31e RDP (Régiment de Dragons Portés).
A few B1bis tanks from the 3/41e BCC remain in Annelles as protection and take not part to the attack.

- B1bis "Yonne" : under fire from 10 various field/AA/AT guns firing from the front and the left. The tanks destroys 5 of them but one German shell ignites a fire in the engine. It is extinguished but the tank is immobilized, the 75mm SA35 hull gun is therefore grossly useless. The tank continues to fire with the 47mm turret gun and the coaxial MG but one shell finally blocks the turret. The tank is scuttled and the tank explodes. The crew is safe and retreats in the French lines in the B1bis "Corbières".
- B1bis "Durance" : destroyed by 10.5cm shells, the 75mm gun loader is KIA.
- B1bis "Arlay" : destroyed by several 10.5cm shells, all the crew members are KIA

德国人觉得法国的坦克实在是太好了，拿来改成自行火炮实在是太合适了，所以大批量的改装，成建制的装备部队:D
