三泰虎3月4日译文，印度强烈谴责中国发生的导致33人遇难的恐怖袭击，声称反对任何形式的恐怖主义。印度外交部发布一个正式的声明，表示印度强烈谴责3月1日发生在昆明、针对平民的恐怖袭击。声明称，“我们向遇难者家属表示慰问，希望受伤的人早日康复。印度强烈反对任何形式的恐怖主义。”

Taking a stand is not a tradition in India foreign policy. During the cold war there was no difference between Kennedy and Khrushchev and we chose to "non-aligned". Things are no different today. Making a statement like "India does not like terrorism of any kind" is worthless. Did anyone expect India to like murders of teh innocents on a railway station? More is expected of India.
