The Chinese icebreaker Snow Dragon was made by Ukraine Kherson Shipyard in 1993. It was the first ship arrived to help and reached within several miles of the stranded Russian ship. It's helicopter took 7 hours airlifted 52 passangers, each route took about 45 minutes... If you don't have anything positive to contribute, at least you can shut up.
