因为土耳其拦截从俄罗斯起飞的叙利亚客机，还强行打开了俄罗斯外交专用邮包，普京总统推迟了下周星期一对土耳其的访问。

ANKARA, Oct. 10 (Xinhua) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to Turkey which was scheduled for Oct. 14-15 has been postponed to mid-November, a Turkish official in Ankara told Xinhua.
Preparations for the meeting of High Level Cooperation Council, a mechanism established to boost political and economic ties between Russia and Turkey, have not finalized yet, the official added.
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Putin decided in a phone conversation on Oct. 9 to postpone the meeting, he said.
High Level Cooperation Council meeting will be the third edition of the gathering, which is held once a year and the council aims to boost mainly trade and economic ties and enables ministers of both sides to have regular meetings accordingly.

邮包里面主要是文件资料，但有时也会夹杂其他物品，比如珠宝！
