燃料带的不一样多，对应最大能达到的delta V（加速及减速）不同。
窗口期是个范围，在不同的日期发射，意味着你的弹道设计不同，需要的速度增量和火星入轨时的减速量就不一样，需要的燃料量就不同。一旦过了窗口期，意味着你的燃料将不足以支持相应的速度增量和减速量组合。
题外话，MSL是直接再入火星大气吧，不存在减速问题。而毛子的这个探测器没设计火星大气气动减速，完全靠火箭反推减速入轨。

这名消息人士说：“因为太阳能电池电能耗尽，而且飞往火星的发射窗口将在11月21日关闭。”
“火卫一土壤”火星探测器9日凌晨从拜科努尔航天发射场发射。“天顶-2 SB”两级运载火箭工作正常，但主发动机没有启动，无法把火星探测器推入星际飞行轨道。15年来俄罗斯首次研制的“火卫-土壤”火星探测器主要用于研究火卫一，并把采集的“火卫一-土壤”样品送回地球。
目前，专家所有与火星探测器取得联系的尝试都没能成功。
专家指出，如果在21日之后取得联系，火星探测器也无法再飞往火星。
俄罗斯航天署署长弗拉基米尔•波波夫金早前声明说，“火卫一土壤”火星探测器在明年2月之前将一直在太空飞行，到12月初还有时间排除故障。他表示，如果火星探测器将坠落，碎片不会对地球构成威胁，因为火星探测器在进入大气层期间将被烧为灰烬。

“The ESA team will make the last attempt to establish contact with Phobos-Grunt using the ESA tracking station network ESTRACK,” the official microblog of the directorate said .
Earlier, the stations located in Kourou (French Guiana), in Australia and the Canary Islands tried to receive signals from the apparatus Phobos-Grunt.
The Mars probe lifted off from the Baikonur Space Center in Kazakhstan on November 9, but its engines failed to put it on course for the Red Planet. The craft was designed to bring back rock and soil samples from the Martian moon.

MD这个也是需要减速的，不过减不减速和窗口期也没关系，减速的燃料不算入窗口期的
