I'm sure the other members who have already posted will explain better than me why capital punishment isn't good I just felt the need to tell you that actually yes there are people who don't think justice should be about allowing victims families vengeance.

If you are foreign, or not foreign, it does not matter. Either way. The law is what it is, everyone has the right to think what they like about it. But you simply cannot move a whole different country and think you have a right to sit back and complain about such laws that are essentially stuck in the 'tradition' of our 'lenient' country.
As a person on this earth we all have the right to have an opinion, the difference is hers isn't 'i think we should change the law' it was 'the english law is wrong, too lenient, it should be like china's' .

Reciprocation of a criminal act as a form of justice is a poor system to live by indeed.
I don't understand why people feel it is beneficial to allow volatile and irrational emotions to dictate justice.

Hmm. Why can't prisoners simply be forced to work in Sweat shops for the rest of their lives or perhaps forced to go through medical trials etc to test out new drugs. Ultimately the only cost would be the food you would have to supply.

I don't know about the UK legal system, but in the US it actually is cheaper to throw them in prison for life (including costs for food, clothing, etc) than execute them.

If you are foreign, or not foreign, it does not matter. Either way. The law is what it is, everyone has the right to think what they like about it. But you simply cannot move a whole different country and think you have a right to sit back and complain about such laws that are essentially stuck in the 'tradition' of our 'lenient' country.

Reciprocation of a criminal act as a form of justice is a poor system to live by indeed.
I don't understand why people feel it is beneficial to allow volatile and irrational emotions to dictate justice.
对犯罪行动的报复作为公正的一种形式的司法系统，其实真的是很糟糕的。我不明白为什么人们会用自己激动无常的情绪去评判司法系统的公正呢。

Arguments about criminals' "human rights" are naive and meaningless. I don't believe in the concept. Back to good old morality, justice is on the side of the victim not the offender. If you harm someone with malevolent intent, you should pay for it, and the punishment should match the crime.

Hmm. Why can't prisoners simply be forced to work in Sweat shops for the rest of their lives or perhaps forced to go through medical trials etc to test out new drugs. Ultimately the only cost would be the food you would have to supply.

One thing people need to learn about justice is that there are different forms. No form is right or wrong; capital punishment or a prison sentence. Needless to say if I was in her position I'd want the person killed as well. Call it an eye for an eye or whatever. The truth is that none of us truly know how she feels right now to comment and how your reaction would be if a loved one gets murdered.

There are some murders that deserve capital punishment and there are others that don't. I to believe In capital punishment but not in every case where somebody has been killed.

I don't know about the UK legal system, but in the US it actually is cheaper to throw them in prison for life (including costs for food, clothing, etc) than execute them.
我并不了解英国的法律系统，但是如果在美国的话，将他们扔到监狱里面是比对他们执行死刑更省钱的办法（包括食物，衣服，等等）.

why do we let murderers live here, we should exile them to an abandoned island somewhere, like we did with australia, or like the french used to do.

司法当然要包含代表受害者使用国家暴力对犯罪者进行报复的内容在内，这是个人与政府达成的社会契约的一部分。让那些NC人权恐怖分子都去死吧。反正这事要是搁我头上，如果司法不能替我进行报复，我就否定司法的合法性，收回我通过社会契约让渡给政府的使用暴力之权利，亲自去进行报复。如果政府要因此制裁我，我就对政府宣战。
复仇是终极的正义，不存在能抵消其价值的其他正义。
