那是为了准确分离，就是气动没到家的问题
AV国好像有助推器没有成功分离导致发射失败的吧？如果为了准确分离，只要程序控制器和几个爆炸螺栓作好点，何必这样做增加死重？像天朝做得就很好。
这种设计可能和SRB-A较小的长径比有关，请注意H-II和H-IIA/B的区别
