五方礁事件，美国的态度真是太有意思了

美国务院的发言是这样的：【关于中国船只出现在（五方礁）的事件，我们正在研究（菲方）的报告，但（现在尚）不能肯定（报告所说的事为真）。 美国不希望中国恐吓当地作业的渔船】
