毕竟是一份爱，当初俺送女友就是一元钱一块的红色石头，仅仅打磨成了心形。

我想说句实话，这块材料可惜了。不知工匠想表现啥，真的可惜了这么一块玛瑙。当初雕琢时，右旋90度，效果就截然不同了。

    但凡宝石、翡翠、玛瑙、玉石等，讲究色泽均一，透明无瑕疵，无色变，无细小裂纹。

    这自然不是绝对的，有纹理或者颜色不均匀，也未必不能胜过无暇的白玉。比如琥珀中有只小动物，可谓“瑕疵”了吧？极品！再有，水胆玛瑙，那可是玛瑙中的极品。象玉石等存有色差、象玛瑙多有纹理时，工匠的水平就是关键了。巧妙利用其天然特性，雕琢出精美绝伦的作品使得其价值陡然提升。

    “文章乃天成，妙手偶得之”，宝石类的灵魂就在妙手中，即便一颗硕大的蓝钻，雕琢不好也瞎了。

    原石易得，“成品”难求。

父亲和两个弟弟都在地质勘探队，那里正好盛产黄金、宝石类，如海蓝宝石、红碧玺宝石、戈壁玉(严格说不是真玉，是玉化了的石英石)等等等等，从小就被熏陶，一瓶子不满半瓶子咣当罢了，呵呵。前年回去探亲，为了买些戈壁玉，又被弟弟(他才是专家)恶补了很多知识，正好借此卖出来让大家一笑吧！皮毛见解，未必都正确。
