☆☆☆ 2014年3月上旬 评委选定获奖者并公布名单
☆☆☆☆ 2014年3月中旬 在天津基辅号航母上举办颁奖仪式
1、作品属性：外形平面设计，可以是手绘图、CG图、漫画或手工制作模型的照片。
2、具体要求：.jpg格式图片一张，可以在一张图上展示多个角度的设计，尺寸可任选以下一种：1024×768像素、1280×720像素、
1280×1024像素，文件大小应在1M-5M，附加50-100字的简要作品描述。
3、投稿通过初审后，将在官方网站上进行公示。所有应征作品请投稿人自留底稿。
4、参赛者需提供详细联系方式，包括地址、电话号码、电子邮件地址等。
5、法律责任：作品须是本人原创，严禁抄袭，一经发现，取消参赛资格;抄袭侵权者将承担一切法律责任。
