这个，已经发过几次了。
这个冻死的含义还是很不同的。如果把所有因寒冷而导致心脏病、肺疾病等复发或加重而导致的死亡计算在内，中国因为寒冷而冻死的人数将会远远高过这个数据。
呵呵，这个没什么好嘲笑的，年纪大了，天冷的话，老年人死亡率还真不少，最起码我国北方农村冬天的话老年人死亡率比较高

到不能这么说，印度就是因为天气热，所以一旦寒流到来的时候那些穷人都没有抵抗力。我印象中这几年每次寒流来都得冻死数百人。
