Cheap Chinese Toy Trains …….. I request poor chinese citizen (olds , youngs , as well as the children) , Pls pls pls dont rely on this…..Its only that they want to test on you guys if the speed is good or whether the train is really capable…..

China is becoming more and more powerful , since our polition is enjoying indian money and growth , india is not going to over take china , its irony in the side of india , one thing i can notify that since the population is more this population makes india more power than other country , in 1990 india was 80%of china now its only 25% of china so its very clear that china is more and more powerful , one thing i like to say is that what ever decision they take it takes months and years , were other country makes the decision in few days , if this things changes , may be inda can be more power ful …

I do not understand our system. Importing Oil is very costly. But we start developing the road infrastructure but do not upgrade the railways. As a result more and more people are using cars for journeys ranging from a few KM to a few hundred KM because they can save time. Similarly it is very long they go in for Flights which is again a severe burden on the import bill. What is needed is a proposal for High speed trains atleast 200km/hr which run on elevated tracks. This can be first taken up in high passenger density corridors. Say Bangalore-Chennai, Delhi-Agra, Delhi-Chandigarh, Hyderabad-Pune. This will not only generate employment but will also help in the development of satellite cities easing the burden on the metros, not to mention the oil import bill coming down.

Sadly in India, the intention is not to do innovative and groundbreaking work. India utilizes its best talents from IITs in banking, consulting and IT. India is happy implementing the already tested technologies from abroad.

What’s that got to do with India? We have a lot of other things to focus on. Even with railways, we have a lot to improve on aspects like safety, punctuality etc… An average speed of 80 – 100 kmph is enough for India. More speed means more safety measures to be implemented.

Safety issue can be easily resolved with technology, not a big deal. Lets plan it first. It merely takes 5 hrs to travel a distance of 1200 KM in china Vs 27 hrs in India. So we definitely need speed train to reduce travel time by 60 %. This will not only solve the problem of overcrowded trains but make railway system more efficient..If China and Japan can achieve this why not India? Unfortunately our Railways safety system is not up to the date otherwise a running train should not hit the standing one (at least) very frequently which still happens today. India loses more life in train accidents than any other country. The only difference is that other country take a lessen from such accident here its again sab Chalata hai…because we are poor chap having no system in place to blame and make them accountable.. India must improve in train infrastructure..Its need of time..

Pls don’t compare with Japan. Reasons 1. People pay for the cost and subsidy in metro is less then in India % wise. 2. There are no stray dogs/cows/humans wondering around on tracks. While in India, the greatest hazard for high speed are these objects 3. All train lines in japan, local or shinkansen are between barbed wire/concrete walls or wodden boundaries and no one break or steal them while in india u can see any where IR build the boundary, its been broken. 4. Shinkansen runs on a separate track and the lines are elevated at most of the places. India just don’t have much money to follow their model. More over for the line on surface, it is again problem of point 3 and for getting land initially. 5. The Railway crossings are all automated and every one stop and wait the moment hazard signal starts sound. In India, they beat up gate man to pull up the gate. Well, I had studied Railways in Japan and done research in India as well. People may get disagree but the fact is, we just can’t look at Japan because we don’t have etiquates for such system.

Tell me how many IAS from karnataka and how many from Bihar and UP? Most of the richest Indians are actually hailed from Gujarat, U.P. and Rajasthan. Now which states politics is worst? I agree you. But do you agree the truth that these states are the poorest regions in the world, even poorer than many african nations .It doesn’t add any value to the nation when 98% of the population is in poverty and slums and remaining 2% are in IAS or rich. And the remaining part of India is angry on them bcz these states are spoiling the image of India.The solution is not to hide this truth.But to agree this fact and think of a solution.

I agree you. But do you agree the truth that these states are the poorest regions in the world, even poorer than many african nations .It doesn’t add any value to the nation when 98% of the population is in poverty and slums and remaining 2% are in IAS or rich. And the remaining part of India is angry on them bcz these states are spoiling the image of India.The solution is not to hide this truth.But to agree this fact and think of a solution.

Congratulations to all the Chinese for their unflinching determination to excel and set standards for other countries especially neighboring countries like India to envy and look at the new Chinese Super-Fast Trains with their gaping mouths. Chinese have learnt to value their Time the most, they have completely realized that if they have to grow, flourish and become the Number One Country in the world then they have to compete with time, save time and add value to the time.

Our Indian Government/Indian Railways is only a mute spectator to the Chinese advancement in Super-Fast Trains,we still call the Trains that travel at an average speed of 60kms to 70kms / Per Hour as Super Fast Express Trains in India, for me to reach New Delhi from Chennai in a so called Super-Fast Train (Tamil Nadu Express)will take 33 Hours to travel a total distance of 2184kms between Chennai to New Delhi and if I have to travel the same distance in the current operating Super-Fast Chinese Trains with an average speed of 300kms / Per Hour it will only take 7.50 Hours, I save 25.50Hours, TIME SAVED IS TIME GAINED. TIME GAINED IS MONEY SAVED. MONEY SAVED IS HAPPINESS GAINED, WE INDIANS ARE SOO UN-HAPPY.

The current status of the Indian Railways is PATHETIC, all the Coaches are AGE OLD, terribly Un-hygienic and there has been no visible modernization for the past decade in Indian Railways. The NDA Government in the past had successfully implemented the Golden Quadrilateral High Way Road Project linking all the major Metros of India but the succeeding UPA Government under the so called Mr.Efficient Economic Wizard as our Prime Minister has miserably failed to provide TIME SAVING Infrastructure for its citizens. India’s Super Power ambitions will be only a mere Pipe-dream if its Political Leaders don’t give utmost importance to successfully launch and operate Time Saving Infrastructure Projects immediately without any further delay.

Thanks Udyavar. I agree it is so frustrating to see our Corrupt, Lethargic, Spineless and Vision-less Political Leaders, some times u feel so angry and helpless. The current condition of our Railways is HORRIBLE, there have been no new Coaches for the past ten years, the same old Technology and whole of Indian Railways has become the playground for only Bihari and West Bengal Politicians for the past decade since our Parliamentary Democratic System is so flawed that it allows inexperienced, uneducated and State oriented Politicians to become Indian Cabinet Ministers over night for Railways, Airways, Ports, Shipping, etc.

These Central Ministers are hell bent on pleasing their State Political Party Boss’s and their State Vote-Bank and they forget that they are the Minister of the whole Nation and not just their respective States, thus it is a 100% Systemic fault, our Parliamentary Democratic System by itself is flawed and it can never ever be efficient and accountable. Hmm, We Indians are so helpless and alas Anna Hazare has shown some Light of Hope to us and we have to change this System if ever we want to really become a Super Power.

Its really really dangerous for railways with having speed of 500kmph and surely china won’t succeed in it for long term sustainability. The country like china having all those copied or stolen technology makes an aggressive dream innovations to text direct top edge technologies rather than moving step by step to the top with much secured and sustainable way where rest of the world do practices.

Those developed countries like Germany, Japan, France, US and UK having sound railway network and technology has not gone beyond 300kmph, its just stupid and foolish ambition of China where it still new to railway technology as well just a under developed country. The high speed train they recently developed from Shanghai to Guangzhou was an copy cat of Maglev train system built by Germany from Shanghai airport to city centre.

India copied the British political system: copied democracy. However, Indians were not the British, and India is not Britain. This is why the same system brings prosperity, order and esteem to its citizens, while in another place, it only brooms poverty, chaos and disgrace to people. Technology wise, you borrowed all the technologies from Rusia, but you could not (dare not) do any improvement, therefore you become a slave of that country and that technology. The Chinese are always thinking how to adapt(adopt) new things to their own situation and uses. This is why China becomes No. 1 in patent ranking, while India is no where on the list. By the way, Brazil is doing very well.

谢谢,Udyavar。看到我们腐败、冷漠、没有骨气和短视的政客,我有时感到愤怒和无助。我们铁路的现状非常糟糕。在过去的十年没有添置新的车组,使用同样老的技术。整个印度铁路部门成为比哈尔邦和西孟加拉邦政客滥用权力的地方。因为我们的议会民主制度有如此大的缺陷,以致于无经验、没文化和代表各邦利益的政客一夜间能够成为铁路、航空、港口、航运等部门的印度部长。

这些中央部长屈就于讨好他们所代表邦的政党大佬和投票群体,忘记自己是整个国家的部长,而不是各自邦的部长,因此这是个100%的体制错误。我们的议会民主制度本身是有缺陷的,永远缺乏效率和担责。我们印度人是那么的无助,安纳·哈扎尔给了我们一点希望。如果印度要成为一个超级大国,我们必须改变这种制度。

印度现在国内的舆论很沸腾,只是我们的舆论不太关注罢了,前不久闹腾的绝食大师,看联合早报网报道,本来最近又要绝食抗议腐败,结果好像是因为什么内幕,以身体不适,取消了绝食,干巴巴几万老百姓还支持他,拥护他,尊称他为甘地再世,没人怀疑印度社会的发展,但现在他们内部也确实处于弱势群体无法撼动利益集团的强权的困境当中。印度需要一个从民众出来的真正的强者。才能改变印度内部错综复杂的羁绊

对印度来说很好,对我们来说不好
放心,三哥的体制下那几个清醒的很难上位,上位也干不了事。
其实初中时看到“圣雄”的抗议方式的时候,我就觉得印度真没什么希望。

一个把希望寄托在“敌人”身上的人能被称为“圣雄”的神奇国度……
我很怀疑,印度精英打心底对大英帝国没能再殖民他们一百年感到深深的遗憾。
