中新网11月9日电 据俄新网报道，俄罗斯联邦航天局局长称，9日凌晨在哈萨克斯坦境内拜科努尔发射场发射、搭载有中国“萤火一号”火星探测器的“福布斯－土壤”探测器在与运载火箭分离后，目前未能按计划变轨。


　　局长普沃金(Vladimir Popovkin)说：“这对我们来说是一个艰难的夜晚。因为(在分离后)我们观测不到这个航天器。”“现在我们查明是探测器的引擎未能启动。”

　　“这是一个复杂的轨道，机载电脑未能对引擎发出‘启动’的指令。”

　　据此前报道，中国首颗火星探测器“萤火一号”同俄罗斯“福布斯－土壤”探测器于北京时间9日4时16分在位于哈萨克斯坦境内的拜科努尔发射场搭乘俄运载火箭发射升空。

　　据俄罗斯联邦航天署发布的消息，将“萤火一号”和“福布斯－土壤”送入太空的是俄罗斯“天顶－2SB”运载火箭。升空后，“福布斯－土壤”探测器上的主发动机将开始工作，并通过3次点火将两个探测器送入环火星轨道，全部飞行过程将历时300天左右。

at 00:05:16 GMT, Ted Molczan, a prominent satellite observer, reported that the spacecraft had not changed its orbit as it was predicted to do at the end of the first planned engine burn, while a separate Russian source reported that no telemetry was coming from Phobos-Grunt. As the first two burns were conducted fully autonomously according to a pre-programmed sequence, there was practically no hope that the further maneuvers could fix the situation if it had developed as reported.


I have just received word from the project that there seems to be a serious problem.

After the planned first burn of the engine, the spacecraft was not found in the predicted orbit. Alternative radar
observations preliminarily show that there are two objects in the orbit with parameters the same as before the planned
engine burn. Observers are requested to attempt to discover the spacecraft in the initial LEO parking orbit.

This is the official pre-launch estimated TLE of the LEO parking orbit:

I imagine that one of the two objects seen on the radar could be the final stage of the booster. Accurate descriptions
