西方枪店卖的手枪弹头是什么材质的？

啥都有吧，看各位海外党买子弹烧枪图片，常见的还是用铅芯被甲弹。

纯裸铅的，被甲的，步枪弹连钢芯弹、曳光弹都有，什么纯铜空尖，露铅被甲什么的更多，打熊打人打兔打靶听响的应有尽有
JHP是空头被甲弹，FMJ是全被甲弹，基本上里面都是铅，区别就是被甲是否完全包裹铅芯，头部实心还是空心

FMJ : Full Metal Jacket,全金属被甲弹，不特指铅芯或钢芯弹，铅芯或钢芯都有可能是FMJ。
HP: Hollow Point,空尖弹，特指弹头头部背甲内部无铅芯填充的一类弹药。这类弹药有可能是FMJ，比如前苏联的7N6，米国的6.5mm Grendel弹药,也有可能不是FMJ，比如米国的M118 LR。
SP: Soft Point,软尖弹，就是弹头头部被甲不完整的露铅弹。
国外民间和警方常用弹药就这几类。至于钢芯弹，民间是很难，商店里卖的基本都是铅芯弹。就连警察要动用钢芯弹，都要写报告提申请。这种事情，你可以去问问坛子里的双筒老大。民间想弄到钢芯弹的唯一简单办法就是去买前苏联和东欧的军剩弹。

除了AK系列的，大部分常用弹都是铅芯，FMJ大部分都是铅芯。

呵呵，我没步枪(中央底火的步枪)，所以也不清楚军剩步枪弹是不是钢心的。 我知道的，只有手枪蛋在乎是不是钢心的，因为一般手枪蛋打防弹衣能力太差了。 步枪口径不在乎，是个步枪子弹就能打穿一般警察穿的防弹衣。 钢心的(可以打穿一定级别防弹衣的)手枪子弹，联邦法律规定是平民可以拥有/购买/使用，不得自己生产。 但各州可以自己订法律禁止，比如我们印第安纳，就是非法(IC 35-47-5-11)，还是Class C felony，是项重罪。。。

    (b) A person who knowingly or intentionally:
        (1) manufactures;
        (2) possesses;
        (3) transfers possession of; or
        (4) offers to transfer possession of;
armor-piercing handgun ammunition commits a Class C felony.
    (c) This section does not apply to nylon coated ammunition, plastic shot capsules, or ammunition designed to be used in rifles or shotguns.
    (d) This section does not apply to a law enforcement officer who is acting in the course of the officer's official duties or to a person who manufactures or imports for sale or sells armor-piercing handgun ammunition to a law enforcement agency.
