联合国新闻部：［关注日本强震］世界卫生组织刚刚发布报告表示，日本福岛核电站辐射水平比预期严重。3月17日，核电站60公里以内测得的辐射水平从0.7微希/时上升到170微希/时。在核电站西北方向30公里处测得的辐射水平最高，目前尚不知原因。此外，美国、韩国和中国台湾省都在其日本返回的人员身上测得辐射水平异常。

最终逃离不出封堆的命运，现在美国大兵已经接手福岛核电站工作，目前是强迫日本政府派人注水降温，等温度下降后就是注硼酸工作，然后水泥封堆，日本经此一事后，恐怕国运要走下坡路，前苏联不是被星球大战计划击败的，而是被核电站泄漏危机被国际势力对其肢解的，至今还未恢复元气。

问题是西北方向现在是上风，风向一转呢？
