摘要:采用解析方法得出爆震波在爆震管内的参数分布,应用数值方法对爆震波衰退为激波后的传播、排除过程进行了多循环模拟.通过对环形爆震管非稳态引射过程的分析,得出非稳态引射过程可以分成四个阶段,环形爆震管比传统的圆形爆震管的引射作用更强.不同结构参数的引射喷管对环形爆震管的引射增推性能不同,经过分析,得到了较佳的引射喷管的入口尺寸、内表面形状、长度/直径比以及轴向位置,为提高脉冲爆震发动机的性能提供参考.

Abstract:The distributions of detonation parameters in detonation chamber were gained by analytical numeration,and then multiplecycle numerical simulations were carried out after detonation wave broke up to shock wave.The analysis on the mechanism of unsteady ejection shows that the process of unsteady ejection can be divided to four stages,and the ejection performance of annular pulse detonation duct is stronger than round pulse detonation duct.Different structures and parameters could induce different timeaveraged thrust augmentations.The better shape of the ejector inlet,interior surface,ejector lengthtodiameter ratio and axial placement were obtained through analysis,offering references to augment the performance of pulse detonation engine.

爆震燃烧实验证明,阻力系数较大的气动阀能够产生爆震波,要求气动阀阻力系数大于10,堵塞比大于60%,才能实现PDE的协调工作.从而获得了气动阀设计一般原则与工程计算方法,对于气动阀的优化设计有重要的参考价值.

Abstract:In order to study the airbreathing pulse denotation engine (PDE), whirl aerovalves of different configurations were designed. The “closed” plane of aerovalve thrust wall was constituted by the curved blade. The drag coefficients of different aerovalves were obtained by experimental study and calculation using specific structural parameters, and the distinction of these drag coefficients was widely remarkable, showing consistency with theoretical calculations. The detonation combustion experiments show that the aerovalve with a larger drag coefficient can produce detonation waves, and the pulse detonation engine can achieve coordinated action if the aerovalve drag coefficient is bigger than 10, and blockage ratio more than 60 percent. The design principles and the theoretical calculation method about aerovalve were obtained. These results are very useful for optimal design of aerovalve.

脉冲爆震发动机无阀工作对供给系统影响研究

摘要:通过测量无阀脉冲爆震发动机非定常工作对供气供油系统影响的压力数据,对建立的燃油和空气管路数值仿真模型进行了验证,基于建立的模型研究了供给系统的流量特性.研究结果表明,供油供气系统受同一爆震管头部压力作用带来的影响是不同的,这进一步导致供给系统气动开启初始充填的非定常特性,对于给定的供给系统,这种非定常特性的持续时间是固定的,当发动机工作频率增大时,其占单个周期的比重越来越大,最终导致脉冲爆震发动机的不稳定工作.

Research on the effects of valveless operations of pulse
detonation engine on supply system

Abstract:Experimental research on the effects of valveless pulse detonation engine on supply system was conducted. The pressures at different positions of pipe were measured, and also used to verify the numerical simulation models of fuel pipe and air pipe. Based on the numerical model, flow characteristics of the supply system were investigated. This showed that the influences of the same head pressure on the air and fuel supplies were different. And it caused unsteady filling when the supply system was opened because of differential pressure. The unsteady filling time was fixed and determined by the given supply system. When the working frequency of the engine became larger, the ratio of this time to one cycle time increased, that is to say, more influences of unsteady feeding were imposed on the operation characteristics of the engine. Therefore, the distribution of fuel concentration was more nonuniform and the working state of pulse detonation engine was instable.
