In a jolt to India's space programme on Saturday, the launch of a communication satellite aboard a home-grown vehicle failed after the rocket exploded midair minutes after the lift-off from the spaceport in Sriharikota.
The mission, aimed at putting India in a club of countries with the technology to put heavy satellites in orbit, failed when the rocket developed a snag soon after lift-off in the first stage itself.

The southees are docile , hard working people fit for low level menial jobs. Before recruiting the people in critical areas of work which require creativity and deep thinking extreme care has to be taken. Most of the southee intellectuals, scientists, engineers are basically muggus and cramsters lacking fundamentals. These things are destined to happen with with high frequency in future if majority of the critical research organisations are flooded with the southee craps.

Now a days the entire ISRO, CSIR and rest of the labs are infested with either the Ghatee (marathi) or the Lungi (southie) scientists. So what else do we expect? One after another, rockets will plunge in the ocean. These guys are confirmed duffers, and now they are converting the space program into a duffer-bin.

Any space mission is always insured. Although the premiums are very high, but the cost is recovered from the insurance cover.

Stop this reservation & quota system in employment. The real talent is wasted, sending crores of money to the dustbin. There are failures in other countries too; but India is not a rich country and it cannot afford to waste crores of rupees when there is unemployment, farmer starvation deaths, Maoist violence and unequal distribution of wealth.

as all of us know that we dont any type of technological know how in Space ...we are trying to do that thing which other countries have done before 20 or 30 years.
we have system full of failures
kindly stop everything here only and start thinking of some thing fresh and new as all we have is rotten technology imported from RUSSIA..
Recruit New young Scientists with New and Greater Ideas.

The Knowledge these Scientists have is Owned by the Person Himself and is not owned by ISRO. Only the equipments are owned by ISRO.
When a Scientist leaves ISRO for a better opportunity to US or Europe, he takes the Knowledge with him leaving nothing behind to ISRO.
The next guy comes in tests and explodes million dollar Indian Rockets and Satellites, learn how things work, Once he got what he wants, then leaves ISRO and contributes the knowledge he acquired in ISRO to NASA

All or most knowledge in the realm of rocket science, ballistics, avionics, telemetry & tracking, etc. have come from out of India !!
The Indian contribution must have started during or before WW II because the pioneering leaps in these areas took place during and after WW II !

India borrowed the knowledge from Russia. These Engineers were only learning how they work. Only they had completely learnt how it works. The are qualified to work in NASA. In NASA they are definitely Productive

One thing is sure we need to divert intelegent lot towards this activities and government need to be serious.

as all of us know that we dont any type of technological know how in Space ...we are trying to do that thing which other countries have done before 20 or 30 years.

The Knowledge these Scientists have is Owned by the Person Himself and is not owned by ISRO. Only the equipments are owned by ISRO.
When a Scientist leaves ISRO for a better opportunity to US or Europe, he takes the Knowledge with him leaving nothing behind to ISRO.
The next guy comes in tests and explodes million dollar Indian Rockets and Satellites, learn how things work, Once he got what he wants, then leaves ISRO and contributes the knowledge he acquired in ISRO to NASA

All or most knowledge in the realm of rocket science, ballistics, avionics, telemetry & tracking, etc. have come from out of India !!
The Indian contribution must have started during or before WW II because the pioneering leaps in these areas took place during and after WW II !

India borrowed the knowledge from Russia. These Engineers were only learning how they work. Only they had completely learnt how it works. The are qualified to work in NASA. In NASA they are definitely Productive

The southees are docile , hard working people fit for low level menial jobs. Before recruiting the people in critical areas of work which require creativity and deep thinking extreme care has to be taken. Any space mission is always insured. Although the premiums are very high, but the cost is recovered from the insurance cover.

India borrowed the knowledge from Russia. These Engineers were only learning how they work. Only they had completely learnt how it works. The are qualified to work in NASA. In NASA they are definitely Productive

The southees are docile , hard working people fit for low level menial jobs. Before recruiting the people in critical areas of work which require creativity and deep thinking extreme care has to be taken. Most of the southee intellectuals, scientists, engineers are basically muggus and cramsters lacking fundamentals. These things are destined to happen with with high frequency in future if majority of the critical research organisations are flooded with the southee craps.

Now a days the entire ISRO, CSIR and rest of the labs are infested with either the Ghatee (marathi) or the Lungi (southie) scientists. So what else do we expect? Any space mission is always insured. Although the premiums are very high, but the cost is recovered from the insurance cover.

Stop this reservation & quota system in employment. The real talent is wasted, sending crores of money to the dustbin. The Knowledge these Scientists have is Owned by the Person Himself and is not owned by ISRO. Only the equipments are owned by ISRO.
When a Scientist leaves ISRO for a better opportunity to US or Europe, he takes the Knowledge with him leaving nothing behind to ISRO.
The next guy comes in tests and explodes million dollar Indian Rockets and Satellites, learn how things work, Once he got what he wants, then leaves ISRO and contributes the knowledge he acquired in ISRO to NASA

All or most knowledge in the realm of rocket science, ballistics, avionics, telemetry & tracking, etc. have come from out of India !!
The Indian contribution must have started during or before WW II because the pioneering leaps in these areas took place during and after WW II !
