三哥不是有钱，而是把钱全拿去外购军火了，所以给人以有钱的假象，实际上三哥对自己国防工业的投入非常少，远不如土鳖
对比一下就知道了，09年土鳖阅兵展出的全是国产装备（虽然还有组装货和进口发动机），而同时期的三哥还在试飞超级虫
