<P>Here's a great classic and a very rare photo. The launch of China's first SSN, Han 401, in 1970, I'd imagine.</P>
<P>We don't get many pictures of the Han class out of water.</P>
<P>This ship's development began in the midst of the Cultural Revolution and when China was at odds with both the USSR and the United States. </P>
<P>A pretty amazing feat considering the time.
