伊朗司法部发言人贾姆希迪昨天表示，两名中国公民以游客身份乘坐航机由基什岛入境，并到离700公里的阿拉克市一处军事设施拍照及拍摄影片，“我们依法拘捕两人。”
贾姆希迪称，案件正进行初步调查，当地电视台报道，两名中国游客当时涉嫌拍摄核设施。当局未有透露案件详情，阿拉克现时正兴建一座40兆瓦的核反应堆。
中国外交部于本月初表示，近期有部分中国公民不了解伊朗国情，在当地的政治、经济及军事敏感地带拍照，继而被伊朗以涉嫌从事间谍活动的罪名拘留。
因此，中国外交部提醒身在伊朗的中国公民，必须遵守伊朗的法规及宗教风俗，除非有明确识别的旅游区，否则切勿在街上随意拍照。
