2016年度坦克两项比赛的赛制详解和观战指南

好像到目前都没有人认真科普这个，我来吧。
首先，坦克两项英文官网：

共17个国家18支参赛队（毛子还有个DOSAAF参赛，就是这个东西：https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DOSAAF）参加，每支队有4辆车，3辆参赛车和1辆备车。

坦克两项分三个阶段：预赛、半决赛和决赛。
预赛：7月30日-8月7日
就是今天下午那个规则，静对静射击坦克靶，直升机靶和RPG射手靶，跑7-9km的大圈3圈。共5个靶子，每打丢1个靶子扣30秒（好像是吧？不确定）。各队的每辆车都要单独参赛。各个队所有车跑完了以后算总成绩。总成绩前12名的队伍进入半决赛。

半决赛：8月9日-8月11日
改用接力赛规则，3组成员轮流驾驶同一辆车出战。每辆车跑3-5km的小圈4圈，其中1圈比赛速度，另外3圈中打动对静坦克靶X3、直升机靶、反坦克导弹靶和RPG射手靶共6个靶子。总成绩前4名进入决赛。
同时会有4支队伍在赛道中比赛。

决赛：8月13日
仍然采用接力赛规则，一战定胜负。

接力赛规则改用一套比较复杂的罚分制度来决定要罚多少圈。比较多，我懒得翻译了，大家自己看：
ONE PENALTY LAP
for each missed target, during gunfire sessions
for one unengaged target
for maneuvering course or its element avoidance
for false start or unsanctioned fire opening
for driving when crew members are not in their seats
for munition loading without engine stopping
for halt at the hill (engine stop), rolling back or avoidance
for touching a side wall in the AT ditch passage causing a damage which won't influence operability of the equipment
for driving over a "mine" in the tracked minefield lane (per each mine)
for avoidance of the burning obstacle
for false start or unsanctioned fire opening
for driving when crew members are not in their seats
for munition loading without engine stopping
TWO PENALTY LAPS
for halt at water obstacle (engine stop)
rolling back when reaching opposite side or obstacle avoidance
for reverse driving, tripping over from tracked bridge or obstacle
for firing with opened hatches, side safety zones and firing out of the open-fire and cease-fire lines
for disobey chief judge, deputy chief judge, referees and support
for halt at the escarp (engine stop), rolling back or avoidance
for driving through the AT ditch passage without speed decreasing, halt (engine stop) or rolling back
for halt at the slope, rolling back or avoidance
for driving with opened hatches and breach of weapon discharging procedure
for firing with opened hatches, side safety zones and firing out of the open-fire and cease-fire lines


就射击来说，基本可以理解为6个目标每打丢一个就罚一圈。

另外还有个罚分制度，是这样的：
10 SCORES
for each knocked (touched) pole: "Tracked bridge", "Maneuvering course", "AT ditch with passage", "Comb", "Tracked passage in the minefield", "Slope", "Fire lane".
30 SCORES
for driving without speed decreasing to 5 km/h 5-10 m before the escarp.
就是每撞一个杆罚10分，escarp（垂直墙？壕沟？）前不减速到10迈以下罚30分。

罚分到60分加罚一圈。

评奖：
分单车奖和集体奖。单车奖就在预赛决出，集体奖在决赛决出。

107号车出师不利并不是天塌下来了。从107号车的成绩来看，除非遭遇严重故障，中国队进入半决赛应无问题。到半决赛以后，对于中国队真正的考验才开始了。接力赛中107要在打出今天这种水平，那中国队能不能进决赛就真的悬了。不管怎么样，希望中国队的小伙子们尽快调整好心态，打出自己的水平。

附：观影指南：
8月6日、7日两天中国队的比赛都应该在北京时间1530（毛熊时间1030）左右开赛。2号车组将对阵津巴布韦和俄罗斯。3号车组将对阵津巴布韦和伊朗。

9日至11日的3场半决赛开始时间也应该在北京时间1530，目前还不清楚中国队会在哪一天出场。

13日的决赛在毛熊时间1600开赛，北京时间应该是2100。
