根据英国人权组织叙利亚人权观察以及联合国人权组织称，这几日俄空军帮助叙利亚政府军，真主党以及伊朗革命卫队在阿勒颇的攻势取得显著效果，接连夺取据点，仅仅在19日在阿勒颇北部就有41名叛军人员被打死。多名当地叛军指挥部高官被俄空军炸死。



据统计几日内已有2000多武装分子(不知这数据从何而来)在内包括三万五千多支持者逃离当地，前往土耳其境内。自俄军空袭以来，叙利亚北部地区已有20多万人逃难土耳其境内。
