可能。那天浪相当大，据说有个俄军的两栖步战被冲翻了的…… 设计的作战环境不一样。我们的两栖几乎就是为海战准备的，在所有的两栖战车的设计指标里都有抗风浪的要求，63初型就曾经横渡琼州海峡。俄军的可能是针对内河设计，抗风浪性不够好。有达人的话出来解释下吧。
车沉人没事，那辆车的指挥员还获得勋章呢。
按这么说，人家二等功怎么得的？这个功除了演习成功，安全也在其中，死了人三等功都不可能。

是有过这个报道。可没有说死人。而是说俄方车长带领全车脱险荣获勋章
据说在中国每次实弹演习死亡人数少于5人就可以全师通令嘉奖，少于3人就可以全军通令嘉奖。

Before the end of the maneuvers, Russians had another loss. On Aug 24 during the amphibious landing in Yellow Sea from the troop carrier BDK-11 the armored personnel carrier BTR-80 with 8 Naval Infantry soldiers on board sunk. The vehicle hit the bottom on the depth of about 5 meters. However, this time there were no victims. The BTR-80 crew's commander Sgt. Vladimir Ivanov waited out until the water slowly filled up the vehicle and then evacuated all soldiers through the open hatches. According to Kommersant information, the defense minister promised to ask the president to award Sgt. Ivanov with Order of Bravery.
The Chinese soldiers, in the same time, had more serious losses: during the landing operation two light amphibious tanks Type 63 with crews (4 soldiers in each tank) sunk. The rescue efforts did not produce positive results. These tanks are based on the Soviet model PT-75, which was created in 1950’s. Chinese military have modified the tank by installing a new turret with 85 mm cannon and bringing the number of the crew members to four. The increased the weight of the tank from 14.2 tons to 18.7 tons also led to the tragedy. Moreover, according to one of the participants of the amphibious landing, the incidents happened because of extremely difficult condition of the operation. Instead of the usual 500 meter distance, the Naval Infantry had to go through one mile of storming sea and heavy rain on top. The hope that BDK 11 could come closer to the shore did not pan out.
On the next day it was turn for the paratroopers to undergo extreme conditions. The parachute of one of the Russian airborne troops folded while in the air. However, he was saved from the certain death by his regiment buddy, who caught him and the middle of the air and they both landed with one parachute. Chinese army did not had fatal losses that day either, but more than 20 paratroopers needed medical help after the landing.
