第三次中印经济战略会谈上刚刚敲定。印度目前不打算建真正的高铁了,原因是太贵。目前只想把旧线升级到180km/h这个级别。
给了三条线Delhi-Agra, Delhi-Kanpur 和 Delhi-Chandigarh让中国先建,说是pilot projects, 估计这个满意了还有后手。

Deal for Chinese technology to help upgrade railways finalised

Premier Li Keqiang has said ‘integrating’ China’s technology in India’s railway and energy sectors would be a “breakthrough” in Sino-Indian cooperation, as both countries finalised plans to modernise Indian Railways with Chinese technical assistance.

“We have to integrate our technologies of high-speed railways and energy equipment with the Indian market as a breakthrough in Sino-Indian cooperation,” Mr Li said during a meeting with Deputy Chairman of Planning Commission Montek Singh Ahluwalia.

Mr Ahluwalia, who headed the Indian delegation at the third round of Strategic Economic Dialogue held in Beijing this week, called on Mr Li on Wednesday during which he apprised him of progress made in specific proposals relating Chinese cooperation to modernise Indian railways, including heavy haul of freight, improving existing rail lines to drastically increase the speed of trains.

Indian officials say New Delhi is seeking Chinese assistance for track improvement to increase the speed of trains up to 180 kmph, which they say is a cheaper option compared to high speed trains, as they require exclusive tracks covered on both sides entailing issues like land acquisition as well as big expenditure amounting to Rs. 120 crore a km.

The Indian delegation included Railway Board Chairman Arunanendra Kumar and a team of senior officials.

For high speed track development, India has proposed Delhi-Agra, Delhi-Kanpur and Delhi-Chandigarh sectors as pilot projects to China. The move was expected to gather steam after the general elections in India.

Mr Ahluwalia was confident that whatever the composition of the new government in New Delhi they would back the projects as they are most feasible at present.

Indian railway construction is expected to showcase Sino-India cooperation, state-run China Daily quoted officials as saying after Mr Ahluwalia’s meeting with Li.

At the SED, the two sides signed memorandums and pacts on sustainable urbanisation, IT and the energy sector.

The construction and upgrading of the Sino-Indian railway topped the agenda of the SED meeting, which was presided over by Mr Ahluwalia and Mr Xu Shaoshi, chairman of China’s National Development and Reform Commission.

Mr Ahluwalia also held talks with top officials of the state owned China Development Bank, which finances infrastructure projects all over the world.

不是说给日本了吗,印度总跟中国比,怎么可能把这么大的合同给中国,再说他们有钱吗。

好多东西  不从中国买的话  成本太高了   哪有那么多神庙啊   印度的发电设备 好多从中国买的

没有的事,现在的印度没那个钱。 他们转了一大圈估计发现只有中国的180公里时速的线路最合算。
我觉得还是把这项目让给日本。。。。。。。。。。将来泛亚高铁不出意外肯定是中国标准的,这样阿三的都废掉了,然后还得让我们建。。。。。。。
旧线路升级改造不牵扯土地征收和拆迁,可行性要好一点。三哥越来越务实了。

这问题不大,在车顶加个风挡就OK
谁都不会跟钱过不去,这我相信。

没事,你想想以后都不能外挂了,那运力可是大降啊。
中国在非洲做过一些铁路升级项目,有现成的样板,情况和阿三都差不多,阿三一算计简直太划算了,就是局部改造--更换铁轨--信号系统--机车。

印度如果发展后,市场非常巨大,这对于中国来说是好事情。

旧的升级而已,跟基础建设一点关系都没有。

印度要是没钱,全世界有钱的国家就不多了,印度的钱只是不愿过多的花在民生方面,不要小看印度的经济实力,怎么也是世界第二大人口国家

不光发电设备,很多基础设施和设备都从中国买的,然后到印度贴上他们的商标,称其为国产,我一个哥们就是做这个贸易的。。。
旧线升级提高不了多少效率。速度提高一倍,载人下降一半....不过运货可能好点~~
180也不慢了,应该挂不了人了
印度如果发展后,市场非常巨大,这对于中国来说是好事情。

楼主是英语盲,那个消息的真实内容是印度拒绝了中国的高铁进入印度市场,因为印度决心采用日本的高铁

人家本来就决定采用日本高铁,这次中印经济会谈,中国推销高铁就是关键议题,但印度不愿接受中国高铁,结果谈崩了
改善阿三的基础设施,对兔子不利。这钱钱还是不赚为好
