最近金融界发生了一连串不寻常的事件，单独看似乎没有甚么，但与其他信息串连在一起，就大有推敲的空间，因此法洛博士在最近两次的每周新闻评论中做出了一些有意思的推测，值得分享。

首先是一月底，两个美国金融界人士先后“自杀”。一月 26 日，58 岁的前德意志银行资深主管 William Broeksmit被发现吊死在伦敦南肯辛顿的自宅中。Broeksmit 是有名的投资风险专家，去年二月已从德意志银行退休。

两天后，一月 28 日，39 岁的 JP Morgan 银行主管 Gabriel Magee 被发现从伦敦的摩根银行欧洲总部 33楼屋顶跳楼，陈尸在前方另一栋九层楼建筑的屋顶。Magee 是法人与投资银行科技部门的副总裁，2007 年开始在伦敦的摩根总部工作。

Magee 显然是当天早上八点上班时间之前就已经跳楼身亡，根据众多从周边大楼窗户观看的银行雇员所说，Magee 身着西装，而警方竟然四个半小时之后才将尸体移走。
另一件看似不相关的消息是，1 月 23 日与 28 日 JP Morgan 两天共取出了 44% 的黄金存量，每次取出 321,500 盎司的黄金(见下两表)，总共 643,000 盎司也就是 20 公吨黄金，价值超过四亿美金。另一篇 zero hedge 的文章则说，摩根的黄金库存拥有者是中国。




法洛博士猜测这些事件与最近德国要求取回存放在美国联储局的德国黄金有关。德国 (不是中央银行─德意志联邦银行─出面要求) 发出要求许多年，但至今只从联储局取回了5 公吨黄金，从其他国家的中央银行 (如法国、英国) 取回了 37 公吨黄金。

法洛博士向来所持的论点是，德国政府早就知道存放在联储局的德国黄金已经不见了(早就被拿去重复抵押，换成美元去支持黑计划)，因此要求取回黄金之举是德国在操作区域政治，显示最上层的权力阶层中出现内斗情形 (德国/纳粹 vs.美英银行菁英)。

再来更离谱的一件事是，位于阿根廷首都布宜诺斯艾利斯的「铁山」(Iron Mountain) 文件纪录仓库在二月 5日发生不明原因的大火，燃烧了数小时才获得控制，阿根廷银行业相关的文件档案付之一炬，更有九名救火员因此丧生。
「铁山」是一个总部位于波士顿，提供安全的数据管理、储存与保护服务的公司，在全球 36 个国家有超过 156,000家公司的客户群。其阿根廷分公司宣称拥有多项防火措施与先进的系统，能够侦测与扑灭火灾而不伤害重要文件。

非常不幸的巧合是，火灾当天正好是阿根廷公布法令限制银行国际汇兑比例的同一天，而且阿根廷中央银行的储备数字正受到公开质疑的时间点，这场大火就适时地发生了。且不说阿根廷是二战后国际纳粹的热门集中地，根据记者保罗曼宁 (Paul Manning) 的调查，波曼 (Martin Bormann，希特勒的私人秘书，掌管希特勒的个人资产) 于 1967 年在 Manufacturers Hanover and Chase Manhattan Bank (摩根大通银行) 兑现了一张支票，钱是从布宜诺斯艾利斯的德意志银行给付的，支票上赫然有波曼的亲笔签名。

法洛博士又提到另一件一月 26 日的新闻《我们是否处于新兴市场货币大规模崩溃的边缘？》，文中指出最近美国联储局的『紧缩』(tapering)动作，造成了严重的全球问题。

过去几年联储局量化宽松的政策，造成一大堆热钱进入新兴市场，但现在开始实行的紧缩，投资人视为将热钱抽离新兴市场的一个征兆，因而引起全球货币崩溃与利息上涨，目前受严重影响的有阿根廷、土耳其、南非、乌克兰、智利、印度尼西亚、委内瑞拉、印度、巴西、台湾、马来西亚等等。一月中这些新兴市场的货币遭到2008 年金融危机以来最大幅度的贬值。这个混乱也惊动了华尔街，道琼指数一月底在两天内跌了将近 500点。假如联储局持续更多的紧缩，这场货币危机很可能迅速演变成全面的货币崩溃。

法洛博士推测，这是跨国大企业与银行集团的洗钱行动，而目前的联储局紧缩政策，是一次有意破坏第三世界与新兴市场的手段，以便北美与欧洲转变成另一种形态的经济。换句话说，经济上不会有突如其来的崩溃，而是小火慢煎，而阿根廷银行文件仓库大火并不是巧合，而是这些银行集团菁英在进行转变的第一步：销毁文件纪录。

事情越来越诡异了。最近银行界人士的相继“自杀”(还是“被自杀”？)事件，除了前文提到的两个驻伦敦的银行资深主管，『上吊』的 Broeksmit 与『跳楼』的 Magee 之外，一月 29 日失踪的罗素投资公司 (Russell Investments) 的总经济学者 (chief economist)，50 岁的 Mike Dueker 被发现陈尸在华盛顿州某条高速公路旁，警方说他跳过4 英呎高的篱笆，然后跌落了 50 英呎，跌死在河岸边，警方判断是自杀。值得注意的是， Dueker 曾担任联储局的经济学者。

二月第一个礼拜，科罗拉多州美国房屋所有权公司 (American Title Services) 的创始人与执行长 56 岁的 Richard Talley，被发现陈尸在自家车库，身上与头上被钉枪 (nail gun) 钉了七八处。警方说这些伤处是 Talley自己钉的，因此判为自杀【谁能用钉枪朝自己打七八枪啊？骗肖！】。法洛博士还说，致命的一枪是打在后脑基底部脑干处，虽然我没找到相应的新闻支持此说；如果属实，那就更不可能是“自杀”了。

Talley 同时也拥有另外好几家公司，例如 American Escrow, Clear Title, Clear Creek Financial Holdings, Swift Basin, Sumar, American Real Estate Services, American Alliance of Real Estate Professionals 等等，皆与房屋贷款、房屋所有权有关。搬到科罗拉多州之前，Talley在芝加哥的银行投资界做事。

同时，二月 3 日，另一个银行界人士，康乃狄克州 37 岁的 Ryan Henry Crane 的讣闻出现在当地报纸，没有提及死因。Crane是哈佛毕业生，毕业后在纽约的摩根银行 JP Morgan 工作了 14 年，担任摩根的全球贸易部门 (Global Equities Group) 的执行处长(Executive Director)，这个部门功能之一是确保了摩根从 1999 年至今，无瑕疵与零损失的交易纪录【Fishy anyone?零损失？造假成份居多。】。

法洛博士接着提到另一篇 Mother Jones 的文章《华尔街最新的红火经济产品：你的租金》，文中说从 2012年尾开始，私人资产公司及投机性的投资团体开始大量收购房地产，共买了超过 20 万栋便宜的、大部分是 foreclosed (失去赎回抵押品权利)的房子，大多位于经济危机之下受创最严重的地区，如洛杉矶、凤凰城、亚特兰大、芝加哥等。但是他们不是买进后转手卖出，而是将房屋出租，然后包装成一种新的经济产品，有能力再次冲击房屋市场【2008年造成经济危机的风暴中心正是大规模房屋贷款骗局与其衍生物，如今又将往事重演？2008年经济危机纪录片见此http://vimeo.com/57527797】。

收购房屋最多的一个集团叫黑石集团 (Blackstone Group，联想到土星黑色立方体了没？)，此集团的投资者包括高盛、摩根史坦利、花旗集团、美国银行、德意志银行、摩根大通等 (Goldman Sachs,Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan Chase)。很熟悉的几个名字吧？如今，黑石集团是全美最大的独立家庭出租房屋的拥有者。所以法洛博士怀疑，Talley正是因为知晓了一些房贷骗局内情，才“被自杀”的。

再来，一个素有名声的统计分析师 Jim Willie，向来以分析预测准确而为人所知，据说也有不少内幕消息，接受访问时作出以下惊人的断言：

最近金融界发生了一连串不寻常的事件，单独看似乎没有甚么，但与其他信息串连在一起，就大有推敲的空间，因此法洛博士在最近两次的每周新闻评论中做出了一些有意思的推测，值得分享。

首先是一月底，两个美国金融界人士先后“自杀”。一月 26 日，58 岁的前德意志银行资深主管 William Broeksmit被发现吊死在伦敦南肯辛顿的自宅中。Broeksmit 是有名的投资风险专家，去年二月已从德意志银行退休。

两天后，一月 28 日，39 岁的 JP Morgan 银行主管 Gabriel Magee 被发现从伦敦的摩根银行欧洲总部 33楼屋顶跳楼，陈尸在前方另一栋九层楼建筑的屋顶。Magee 是法人与投资银行科技部门的副总裁，2007 年开始在伦敦的摩根总部工作。

Magee 显然是当天早上八点上班时间之前就已经跳楼身亡，根据众多从周边大楼窗户观看的银行雇员所说，Magee 身着西装，而警方竟然四个半小时之后才将尸体移走。
另一件看似不相关的消息是，1 月 23 日与 28 日 JP Morgan 两天共取出了 44% 的黄金存量，每次取出 321,500 盎司的黄金(见下两表)，总共 643,000 盎司也就是 20 公吨黄金，价值超过四亿美金。另一篇 zero hedge 的文章则说，摩根的黄金库存拥有者是中国。




法洛博士猜测这些事件与最近德国要求取回存放在美国联储局的德国黄金有关。德国 (不是中央银行─德意志联邦银行─出面要求) 发出要求许多年，但至今只从联储局取回了5 公吨黄金，从其他国家的中央银行 (如法国、英国) 取回了 37 公吨黄金。

法洛博士向来所持的论点是，德国政府早就知道存放在联储局的德国黄金已经不见了(早就被拿去重复抵押，换成美元去支持黑计划)，因此要求取回黄金之举是德国在操作区域政治，显示最上层的权力阶层中出现内斗情形 (德国/纳粹 vs.美英银行菁英)。

再来更离谱的一件事是，位于阿根廷首都布宜诺斯艾利斯的「铁山」(Iron Mountain) 文件纪录仓库在二月 5日发生不明原因的大火，燃烧了数小时才获得控制，阿根廷银行业相关的文件档案付之一炬，更有九名救火员因此丧生。
「铁山」是一个总部位于波士顿，提供安全的数据管理、储存与保护服务的公司，在全球 36 个国家有超过 156,000家公司的客户群。其阿根廷分公司宣称拥有多项防火措施与先进的系统，能够侦测与扑灭火灾而不伤害重要文件。

非常不幸的巧合是，火灾当天正好是阿根廷公布法令限制银行国际汇兑比例的同一天，而且阿根廷中央银行的储备数字正受到公开质疑的时间点，这场大火就适时地发生了。且不说阿根廷是二战后国际纳粹的热门集中地，根据记者保罗曼宁 (Paul Manning) 的调查，波曼 (Martin Bormann，希特勒的私人秘书，掌管希特勒的个人资产) 于 1967 年在 Manufacturers Hanover and Chase Manhattan Bank (摩根大通银行) 兑现了一张支票，钱是从布宜诺斯艾利斯的德意志银行给付的，支票上赫然有波曼的亲笔签名。

法洛博士又提到另一件一月 26 日的新闻《我们是否处于新兴市场货币大规模崩溃的边缘？》，文中指出最近美国联储局的『紧缩』(tapering)动作，造成了严重的全球问题。

过去几年联储局量化宽松的政策，造成一大堆热钱进入新兴市场，但现在开始实行的紧缩，投资人视为将热钱抽离新兴市场的一个征兆，因而引起全球货币崩溃与利息上涨，目前受严重影响的有阿根廷、土耳其、南非、乌克兰、智利、印度尼西亚、委内瑞拉、印度、巴西、台湾、马来西亚等等。一月中这些新兴市场的货币遭到2008 年金融危机以来最大幅度的贬值。这个混乱也惊动了华尔街，道琼指数一月底在两天内跌了将近 500点。假如联储局持续更多的紧缩，这场货币危机很可能迅速演变成全面的货币崩溃。

法洛博士推测，这是跨国大企业与银行集团的洗钱行动，而目前的联储局紧缩政策，是一次有意破坏第三世界与新兴市场的手段，以便北美与欧洲转变成另一种形态的经济。换句话说，经济上不会有突如其来的崩溃，而是小火慢煎，而阿根廷银行文件仓库大火并不是巧合，而是这些银行集团菁英在进行转变的第一步：销毁文件纪录。

事情越来越诡异了。最近银行界人士的相继“自杀”(还是“被自杀”？)事件，除了前文提到的两个驻伦敦的银行资深主管，『上吊』的 Broeksmit 与『跳楼』的 Magee 之外，一月 29 日失踪的罗素投资公司 (Russell Investments) 的总经济学者 (chief economist)，50 岁的 Mike Dueker 被发现陈尸在华盛顿州某条高速公路旁，警方说他跳过4 英呎高的篱笆，然后跌落了 50 英呎，跌死在河岸边，警方判断是自杀。值得注意的是， Dueker 曾担任联储局的经济学者。

二月第一个礼拜，科罗拉多州美国房屋所有权公司 (American Title Services) 的创始人与执行长 56 岁的 Richard Talley，被发现陈尸在自家车库，身上与头上被钉枪 (nail gun) 钉了七八处。警方说这些伤处是 Talley自己钉的，因此判为自杀【谁能用钉枪朝自己打七八枪啊？骗肖！】。法洛博士还说，致命的一枪是打在后脑基底部脑干处，虽然我没找到相应的新闻支持此说；如果属实，那就更不可能是“自杀”了。

Talley 同时也拥有另外好几家公司，例如 American Escrow, Clear Title, Clear Creek Financial Holdings, Swift Basin, Sumar, American Real Estate Services, American Alliance of Real Estate Professionals 等等，皆与房屋贷款、房屋所有权有关。搬到科罗拉多州之前，Talley在芝加哥的银行投资界做事。

同时，二月 3 日，另一个银行界人士，康乃狄克州 37 岁的 Ryan Henry Crane 的讣闻出现在当地报纸，没有提及死因。Crane是哈佛毕业生，毕业后在纽约的摩根银行 JP Morgan 工作了 14 年，担任摩根的全球贸易部门 (Global Equities Group) 的执行处长(Executive Director)，这个部门功能之一是确保了摩根从 1999 年至今，无瑕疵与零损失的交易纪录【Fishy anyone?零损失？造假成份居多。】。

法洛博士接着提到另一篇 Mother Jones 的文章《华尔街最新的红火经济产品：你的租金》，文中说从 2012年尾开始，私人资产公司及投机性的投资团体开始大量收购房地产，共买了超过 20 万栋便宜的、大部分是 foreclosed (失去赎回抵押品权利)的房子，大多位于经济危机之下受创最严重的地区，如洛杉矶、凤凰城、亚特兰大、芝加哥等。但是他们不是买进后转手卖出，而是将房屋出租，然后包装成一种新的经济产品，有能力再次冲击房屋市场【2008年造成经济危机的风暴中心正是大规模房屋贷款骗局与其衍生物，如今又将往事重演？2008年经济危机纪录片见此http://vimeo.com/57527797】。

收购房屋最多的一个集团叫黑石集团 (Blackstone Group，联想到土星黑色立方体了没？)，此集团的投资者包括高盛、摩根史坦利、花旗集团、美国银行、德意志银行、摩根大通等 (Goldman Sachs,Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan Chase)。很熟悉的几个名字吧？如今，黑石集团是全美最大的独立家庭出租房屋的拥有者。所以法洛博士怀疑，Talley正是因为知晓了一些房贷骗局内情，才“被自杀”的。

再来，一个素有名声的统计分析师 Jim Willie，向来以分析预测准确而为人所知，据说也有不少内幕消息，接受访问时作出以下惊人的断言：

“这些银行界人士的谋杀是为了防止他们告发，因他们已经同意在检方调查中作证。这些人都在与警方或是国际刑警组织(Interpol) 进行合作当中。前联储局经济师 Dueker 发现了布什家族数十亿的金融骗局，而且准备举发。他是被布什帮派刺杀的。伦敦那几个银行家 (指 Magee 和 Broeksmit) 准备向国际刑警组织告发梵谛冈与黑手党的关联，以及他们大规模的国际汇兑骗局的窃盗行为。
