Because there's no reason to go back. We went to the moon for the sole purpose of saying we did it before the soviets. And space exploration isn't considered important anymore. NASA is heavily underfunded and doesn't have the money to do as much as it used to.

Except sea travel actually has a viable commerical use, the transport of people and product. There's no motivation for countries to commit to the goal of traveling to the moon again since The Outer Space Treaty prevents any country from claiming territory in space, the moon included. And Practice for what exactly? We went to the moon multiple times already, and there's nothing to gain by going there again. If we go to mars its not going to be on any spacecraft built today because at the speeds spacecraft go today, it would take a few years to reach mars, which by the way would be a one way trip as in never coming back to earth.

The United States just sent a lunar probe recently that discovered there is water in the soil of the moon. What? Really? They didn't discover that fifty years ago when we actually had a man standing on it? LOL. They also discovered a previously undiscovered radiation belt between the earth and the moon. Really? Do you remember what things were like in the US when we started in the space race? Do you remember the "waste" that was spent on our missions? Come on. Even after having put men on the moon nearly 45 years ago, as the article points out, the US has a mission there studying DUST for crying out loud.
Sure they are not making any major innovations, but they are doing what any nation would do... taking their first steps. And who would reinvent the wheel, simply to keep from being called a copycat in this sense? What you should be looking at is how quickly they are taking those steps, and what will come after that.
I'm all for China doing this. Their next step will be putting a man on the moon. Guess what? It's been over 40 years since man has left earths orbit, and I bet you the next to do it will be Chinese. That's a sad reflection on the state of manned space exploration of the US.

不，是我们抛弃了俄罗斯人，因为我们希望将这个坏小子送上月球。
引进月船2号探测车的工作正在进行中，受探测车的尺寸的影响，俄罗斯人想要一个更大的登陆舱。
顺便说一句，我们的登陆舱制造工作进行得很顺利。
是啊，我知道我们正在造登陆舱，但是它拖延了整个计划。
那么别无选择我们必须丢掉懈怠。将火卫一号发射失败的部分原因归结于俄罗斯人。还有前段时间美国中情局在全力扼杀我们与俄罗斯的低温发动机开发计划。

嗯，但是火卫一号的失败是因为发动机问题而不是登陆器，因为是火卫一号所以他们不提供（支持），是一个可悲的借口。
这就是为什么我们要一直警惕一起工作的美国政府机构。
不，就是因为登陆舱，月船2号发射的时间表是在2014-2015年之间，我非常肯定那个时候GSLV一定会准备好发射月船号的，但现在真正的问题是登陆舱。

And Practice for what exactly? We went to the moon multiple times already, and there's nothing to gain by going there again. If we go to mars its not going to be on any spacecraft built today because at the speeds spacecraft go today, it would take a few years to reach mars, which by the way would be a one way trip as in never coming back to earth.

Do you remember what things were like in the US when we started in the space race? Do you remember the "waste" that was spent on our missions? Come on. Even after having put men on the moon nearly 45 years ago, as the article points out, the US has a mission there studying DUST for crying out loud.
Sure they are not making any major innovations, but they are doing what any nation would do... taking their first steps. And who would reinvent the wheel, simply to keep from being called a copycat in this sense? What you should be looking at is how quickly they are taking those steps, and what will come after that.
I'm all for China doing this. Their next step will be putting a man on the moon. Guess what? It's been over 40 years since man has left earths orbit, and I bet you the next to do it will be Chinese. That's a sad reflection on the state of manned space exploration of the US.

Because there's no reason to go back. We went to the moon for the sole purpose of saying we did it before the soviets. And space exploration isn't considered important anymore. NASA is heavily underfunded and doesn't have the money to do as much as it used to.

Because there's no reason to go back. We went to the moon for the sole purpose of saying we did it before the soviets. And space exploration isn't considered important anymore. NASA is heavily underfunded and doesn't have the money to do as much as it used to.

Except sea travel actually has a viable commerical use, the transport of people and product. There's no motivation for countries to commit to the goal of traveling to the moon again since The Outer Space Treaty prevents any country from claiming territory in space, the moon included. And Practice for what exactly? We went to the moon multiple times already, and there's nothing to gain by going there again. If we go to mars its not going to be on any spacecraft built today because at the speeds spacecraft go today, it would take a few years to reach mars, which by the way would be a one way trip as in never coming back to earth.

Do you remember what things were like in the US when we started in the space race? Do you remember the "waste" that was spent on our missions? Come on. Even after having put men on the moon nearly 45 years ago, as the article points out, the US has a mission there studying DUST for crying out loud.
Sure they are not making any major innovations, but they are doing what any nation would do... taking their first steps. And who would reinvent the wheel, simply to keep from being called a copycat in this sense? What you should be looking at is how quickly they are taking those steps, and what will come after that.
I'm all for China doing this. Their next step will be putting a man on the moon. Guess what? It's been over 40 years since man has left earths orbit, and I bet you the next to do it will be Chinese. That's a sad reflection on the state of manned space exploration of the US.

现在的日本政治家到底是干什么吃的。政党相争，党内互掐，推荐在媒体上制造新闻的外行人当议员等等。是不是停止日本的经济增长来保证自己的地位和收入我不好说，但是胸无大志利用职务之便捞钱的议员很真是多得惊人。如果现在的政治家有明治维新时候那样，也不会招致中国对日本不合。先好好考虑考虑让日本经济停滞数十年，任意增加向国民借债的国会议员吧和官僚们的事儿吧！ 等着中国打败美国后日本沉入大海？

중국을 부러워하고 있을 수만은 없는 노릇이다. 정부는 지난달 2020년 6월까지 1.5t급 실용위성을 저궤도에 진입시킬 한국형 발사체를 우리 기술로 개발하는 내용의 ‘우주개발 중장기계획’을 발표했다. 2023년에는 달 주위를 도는 궤도선, 2025년에는 달 착륙선을 발사하겠는 야심찬 계획도 내놓았다. 박근혜 대통령의 의지가 반영된 계획이다.
不能仅仅只是羡慕中国。上个月，韩国政府在“宇宙开发中长期计划”中提到，在2020年6月之前要使1.5吨级实用卫星进入轨道的发射器要依靠我们国家的技术独立完成。韩国也设定了一系列充满野心的计划：2023年发射围绕月球旋转的轨道船，2025年要发射着陆飞船。这一切计划都反应了朴槿惠总统的坚定意志。
우주과학시대를 열기 위해 총력전에 나서야 한다. 우리나라 우주과학기술은 아직도 걸음마 단계다. 위성발사 시점을 기준으로 하면 러시아와는 55년, 일본과도 40년의 격차가 난다. 우주개발은 국가적 과제다. 그렇다고 의욕만 앞세워선 안된다. 나로호가 그 교훈이다. 정부안대로라면 한국형 발사체 개발은 1년3개월 앞당겨져 6년6개월여 남았다. 결코 많은 시간이 아니다. 계획을 빈틈없이 세워 하나하나 실천해 나가야 한다.

이를 위해 풀어야 할 과제가 많다. 예산과 인력 확보 문제가 그것이다. 정부는 내년에 집행할 관련 예산을 4000억원 늘려 1조9572억원으로 잡았다. 전문인력을 키우기 위해 우주전문교육센터도 만들겠다고 했다. 빈틈없이 추진해야 한다. 민간 부문의 힘을 모으는 일도 중요하다. 2011년 우리나라 기업의 연구개발(R&D) 투자에서 우주항공 분야의 비중은 0.2%에 불과했다. 민간기업을 우주산업에 끌어들여야 한다. 이를 바탕으로 민간기업 기술 경쟁력을 재무장해야 한다. 이것이 창어 3호가 우리에게 던진 메시지다.

中国は非常に难しい确かですが、私は我々が月を持っている场合、核汚染の后に绝灭した人类が点灯していることが怖いです

アメリカからこの技术が欲しくてサイバー攻撃をしていたのだろう。成功しないと思うが成功の真伪はともかく、メディアはすでに成功の记事を作成しているんだろ。
貌似是特想从美国搞到这个技术，对美国发动了黑客攻击搞来的吧？虽然我认为不可能成功，不过已经成功地报道应该是已经做好成功的做好了吧？

これからはアジア周辺诸国への侵略行为を止めて、月面领土拡大に専念して欲しいものだ。
月面なら、谁にも迷惑かからないし、不快な思いをしなくて済む。
我是很希望中国可以停止对亚洲诸国的侵略，专心致志的搞他的月球领土扩张啊。
如果是月球的话，肯定不会给谁添麻烦，也没人觉得不爽。

今まで日本の政治家は一体何をしていたんだ。政権の争夺、党同士の足の引っ张り合い、挙句の果てにちょっとマスコミで騒がれたど素人を国会议员に推荐…等々。経済成长をストップしようが自分たちの地位と高所得は保障されているのだから当然かも知れないが、大志などなく职业か金储けで国会议员になる人间の多さに惊く。明治维新の顷のように日本を思う政治家が多数いれば、今も中国にのさばらすような结果を招いていないはず。この数十年间の停滞させ、国民の借金を胜手に増やした责任を国会议员と官僚はとることから再出発しろ，中国が米国を打ち负かすのを待った后、日本は海に沈んだ？
现在的日本政治家到底是干什么吃的。政党相争，党内互掐，推荐在媒体上制造新闻的外行人当议员等等。是不是停止日本的经济增长来保证自己的地位和收入我不好说，但是胸无大志利用职务之便捞钱的议员很真是多得惊人。如果现在的政治家有明治维新时候那样，也不会招致中国对日本不合。先好好考虑考虑让日本经济停滞数十年，任意增加向国民借债的国会议员吧和官僚们的事儿吧！ 等着中国打败美国后日本沉入大海？

중국의 달 탐사위성 ‘창어 3호’가 어제 발사됐다. 창어 3호는 중국 최초의 달 탐사차인 ‘옥토끼호’를 비롯한 각종 장비를 싣고 달로 날아갔다. 옥토끼호는 14일 달에 착륙할 것이라고 한다. 중국이 달 착륙에 성공하면 미국, 러시아에 이어 세 번째 달착륙 국가가 된다.
昨日，中国的月球探测卫星“嫦娥3号”发射。嫦娥3号装载有中国最初的月球探测车“玉兔”等各种装备飞上了月球。据报道，玉兔号如果14日成功着陆，中国将是继美国、俄罗斯之后第三个登月成功的国家。
중국의 탈 탐사 도전이 시작된 것은 2007년 창어 1호를 쏴올리면서부터다. 창어 3호의 결과를 지켜본 뒤 2020년에는 달에 유인우주선까지 보내겠다는 야심찬 계획을 세워두고 있다. ‘짝퉁 대국’이라는 비아냥 속에서 최첨단 우주과학기술을 실현하고 있으니 감탄사가 절로 나온다.

우리에게 시사하는 바가 크다. 우리나라에 올해 1월30일은 앞으로 추진될 우주개발 역사에 기념비적인 날이다. 두 차례나 실패했던 나로호는 그날 위성을 싣고 우주로 날아갔다. 아쉬움도 컸다. 로켓 상단은 국내 기술로, 1단 로켓은 러시아 흐루니체프의 기술로 만들어진 탓이다.
这件事情对于我们有所启示。今年的1月30日是对于我们未来将要推进的宇宙开发来说具有里程碑意义的一天。已经经历两次失败的罗老号那天搭载着卫星，终于飞上了月球。然而遗憾仍旧存在。二级火箭是依靠国内技术，然而一级火箭却是依靠俄罗斯赫鲁尼契夫国家航天研制中心制造而成。
（译注：“罗老”号（英语：Naro-1，韩语：岰）全名为“韩国航天运载器”，因在韩国南部全罗南道高兴郡外罗老岛罗老宇航中央发射而得名。“罗老”号为两级火箭。一级火箭由俄罗斯制造，二级火箭由韩国制造。2012年11月29日“罗老号”却因为和发射台的连接部分出现了裂缝第三次延期发射。2013年1月29日，完成第三次发射演练。当地时间2013年1月30日下午4时进行最后一次发射，截至北京时间2013年1月30日下午3点半，罗老号运载火箭进入预定轨道。）
중국을 부러워하고 있을 수만은 없는 노릇이다. 정부는 지난달 2020년 6월까지 1.5t급 실용위성을 저궤도에 진입시킬 한국형 발사체를 우리 기술로 개발하는 내용의 ‘우주개발 중장기계획’을 발표했다. 2023년에는 달 주위를 도는 궤도선, 2025년에는 달 착륙선을 발사하겠는 야심찬 계획도 내놓았다. 박근혜 대통령의 의지가 반영된 계획이다.
不能仅仅只是羡慕中国。上个月，韩国政府在“宇宙开发中长期计划”中提到，在2020年6月之前要使1.5吨级实用卫星进入轨道的发射器要依靠我们国家的技术独立完成。韩国也设定了一系列充满野心的计划：2023年发射围绕月球旋转的轨道船，2025年要发射着陆飞船。这一切计划都反应了朴槿惠总统的坚定意志。
우주과학시대를 열기 위해 총력전에 나서야 한다. 우리나라 우주과학기술은 아직도 걸음마 단계다. 위성발사 시점을 기준으로 하면 러시아와는 55년, 일본과도 40년의 격차가 난다. 우주개발은 국가적 과제다. 그렇다고 의욕만 앞세워선 안된다. 나로호가 그 교훈이다. 정부안대로라면 한국형 발사체 개발은 1년3개월 앞당겨져 6년6개월여 남았다. 결코 많은 시간이 아니다. 계획을 빈틈없이 세워 하나하나 실천해 나가야 한다.

이를 위해 풀어야 할 과제가 많다. 예산과 인력 확보 문제가 그것이다. 정부는 내년에 집행할 관련 예산을 4000억원 늘려 1조9572억원으로 잡았다. 전문인력을 키우기 위해 우주전문교육센터도 만들겠다고 했다. 빈틈없이 추진해야 한다. 민간 부문의 힘을 모으는 일도 중요하다. 2011년 우리나라 기업의 연구개발(R&D) 투자에서 우주항공 분야의 비중은 0.2%에 불과했다. 민간기업을 우주산업에 끌어들여야 한다. 이를 바탕으로 민간기업 기술 경쟁력을 재무장해야 한다. 이것이 창어 3호가 우리에게 던진 메시지다.
