Barring rapevictims, this actually sounds like a potential solution to the rampant sexualactivity with multiple partners which appears common now. Also the effect onvoluntary single motherhood could be interesting. Why the disparity in the ageof consent? Can anyone please enlighten me. I must admit though that the mindboggles slightly at how you prove the sexual relationship if there's noconvenient child to DNA test.

This ruling was bought in the context offinancial maintainace for the children of an unmarried couple. As there islittle in the way of social security in India the judge in this case would havebeen concerned about the financial future of the children. The only way hecould ensure that the absentee father paid for the children was by consideringthe parents to be husband and wife for legal purposes. There are similarregulations regarding child maintainace in the UK but here it is not necessaryfor the parents to be married for a Court to order an absentee father to paychild maintainace.

我觉得在结婚之前，伴侣之间应该多多发生性关系，我觉得这是很适当很合理的事情。任何认为发生性关系就构成婚姻的法院都是在滥用自己的特权。匆忙结婚的伴侣会有婚后生活过得不开心的更高风险。

This ruling was bought in the context offinancial maintainace for the children of an unmarried couple. As there islittle in the way of social security in India the judge in this case would havebeen concerned about the financial future of the children. The only way hecould ensure that the absentee father paid for the children was by consideringthe parents to be husband and wife for legal purposes. There are similarregulations regarding child maintainace in the UK but here it is not necessaryfor the parents to be married for a Court to order an absentee father to paychild maintainace.

It is taking marriage back to where it wasbefore the Church and state started sticking their oar in in the 18th century.Marriage is an ancient form of relationship, and apart from using a church to declareit to their family and neighbours, in general the less the state had to do withit the better.

Marital rape is NOT a criminal offence inIndia so if a women is legally married at the start of her attack and maritalrape is not an offence then by their logic NO CRIME HAS TAKEN PLACE!! India,when your citizens asked you to tackle the rape problem they meant getting tothe root causes and preventing rape from happening, not fiddling the figures tomake it appear like rape doesn't occur

婚内强奸在印度不算是一种犯罪行为，按照法院的逻辑，在强奸一开始时就构成了夫妻关系，而婚内强奸又不算是犯罪行为，也就是说最终什么罪行也没有发生！！印度啊，当你的人民要求你解决犯罪问题时，他们的意思是叫你在源头上来根除强奸的发生，而不是捏造一些漂亮的数据来假装什么都没发生。
