Fighting with great fortitude and courage after sustaining grievous injuries, the 23-year-old gangrape victim had expressed her intention to live and wanted her tormentorsto be brought to justice.

"I want to live," the girl had told her brother andmother when they firstmet her on December 19, three days after she was brutally gangraped and assaulted in a moving bus in south Delhi.

During the entire process of her treatment, the girl remained communicative through signs most of the time,spoke to her parents and gave statements to a magistrate not once but twice.
在整个治疗期间，大多数时候这个女孩通过手势来和大家交流，和父母聊天，还给地方官员发表了两次讲话。
The paramedical student was courageous and brave throughout the treatment period and even expressed some thoughts about her future when psychiatrists assessed her thrice during her 10-day treatment at the Safdarjung Hospital.
这名护理专业的女学生在整个治疗期间表现的非常的勇敢，当精神专家对他做心理测试的时候，她甚至还对自己的未来做了一些设想。
She also gave a "brave statement" to a Sub-Divisional Magistrate on December 21 in which she gave details about the incident and the sequence of events which was also corroborated with the statement given by hermale friend who was with her in the bus.
在21号的时候她还对地区官员做了一次“勇敢的讲话”，他对这些官员诉说了当时事件的细节和来龙去脉，当时和他在一起的男友也证实了她的说法。
When the statement landed in a controversy,she again narrated the incident to the magistrate and expressed her wish that the men who brutally raped and assaulted her be brought to justice.
在给当地官员说这些话时，如果哪里有不清楚的地方，她还会重复一下，她还要求将这些施暴者绳之以法。
Doctors have been lauding the spirit of the girl calling her "brave" especially as she withstood the extensive treatment that she underwent since December 16.
医生们都称赞这个女孩很勇敢，特别是从12月16号起，她接受了广泛的治疗。
The victim, whom doctors described as"psychologically composed and optimistic about future", had shown signs of improvement during treatment but her condition worsened on Christmas night after her pulse rate plummeted for a brief period and was shifted to Singapore hospital.
医生们称这个女孩“心理素质很高而且对未来充满希望”，在治疗期间其病情已经出现恢复的迹象，但是在圣诞夜那天，她的脉搏突然直线下降了一段时间，随即情况变得更加的严重，之后就被送往新加波医院了。
The girl, who was rushed to Safdarjung Hospital on December 16, underwent two major and one minor surgeries in the past 10days during which major part of intestine was removed.
在16号被送到医院时，在印度的10天时间里，这名女孩接受了2次大手术和1次小手术，手术中其部分肠子被切除。
The 23-year-old victim has been on ventilator for majority of her stayin the hospital, except for two days when shewas taken off ventilator and started breathing on her own.

Appeal to public: Elect (vote for) Congress only if the six accused are hanged in public with in next 30 days else do not even vote for Congress.
呼吁公众：要求国会在接下来的30天内对这六名罪人进行公开的绞刑，如果国会不这么做的话，那么就不要为国会投票了。

Ok, she is dead, it's all over. What should we want now ? Some of these guys will get death for murder. Is that all we want ? Who raped and killed her, the6 or the culture ? As long as the culture still exists, rape and murders will continue. The culture lives and thrives among our politicians and our political system which has 34 rapists among 167 assorted villains setting an example for the hooligans. We need to shift our focus from the six and demand thedismissal of these elected rapists from political parties. We dont need to amend ourlaws to do this . With elections coming in a years time , this is an opportunity for the people, to demand removal of the 34 and also extract a promise from political parties that they will not give tickets to such
