A New York city police officer was charged Thursday with plotting to kidnap, rape, torture and kill women he had identified and catalogued on his computer, and then planned to cook and eat their body parts.
Gilberto Valle sent numerous emails and other Internet communications about the ghoulish torture and cannibalism scheme, according to a criminal complaint. There was no information that any women were harmed.

这个食人族警察叫做Gilberto Valle，今年28岁。警方截获了多封他写给同党的邮件，里面包括讨论如何绑架，强姦，虐待或者如何煮食女性享用等细节。细节描述就像一部血淋淋的恐怖片。
信件中他这样描述：“我计划将她放在低温容器里煮食，这样能够保证一边煮她还一边活着。”整个夏天，他与同僚的对话越来越变得露骨。
FBI和纽约警方在週三逮捕了他，今天在联邦法庭将提审他。
一名不愿透露姓名的女性表示，她的名字和一百个其他女性的名字都在Gilberto电脑里保存着。并且保存了详细的其他资讯，当FBI对其中十个人进行调查，发现她们对Valle都认识。有些人之间甚至很熟，甚至他的女朋友也在他的“享用”名单上。
