试译：奥巴马总统亚洲之行的一个关键成果就是中国在南海打钻权（drilling，仅仅勘探还是包括采油？）上明显的战术性让步。虽然这并不意味着越南、菲律宾和该海域其他方的活动能免受干扰，但是至少现在，中国海军舰艇干涉油气勘探的几率降低了。相关方为此感到欢欣鼓舞，例如印度时代周刊就认为这是中国的一次屈服。

从该文来看，可能中国原来坚决反对其他方在南海对油气进行勘探，但是现在妥协了，承认或者默认了其他方可以在南海开展油气勘探？要这是事实的话，那么说中国做出重大让步也没错。

“并不意味着。。。活动能免受干扰”，“中国海军舰艇干涉油气勘探的几率降低了”
之前菲越油气勘探活动中国也没出动过“海军”舰艇进行干扰啊，原来以后只要中国不出动“海军”舰艇，就表示MD外交获得“成功”了，这真是。。。
