英国海军准将以下军官不是没有肩章，而是肩章图案与袖章图案一致，制图人没有必要重复劳动。

蓝色制服全无肩章，只有袖章
白色制服全佩肩章。commodore 1st class以上是星加零碎，commodore 2nd class以下与袖章图案一致。

就是因为有个大校，所以麻烦啊。。
