MOSCOW, September 5 (Itar-Tass) - China has carried out a regular test launch of a Dongfeng-31 intercontinental ballistic missile. yes, it can verify the design, look for any possible bugs and test some features, like MIRV, or special trajectory. CEP is not the only thing

弹道导弹的飞行试验往往是一种特殊弹道的试验，受限于靶场空间、经济、外交等诸多因素，进行全程飞行试验的机会不多，往往是采用高/低特殊弹道进行有限距离内等效不同射程的飞行试验。但所得到的落点数据就不能直接用于鉴定，需利用一些技术手段（比如6自由度仿真），分别求出试验射程和最大射程的概率偏差值，然后求出最大射程下的折合系数。
而且往内陆打在测控上比较方便，有北方高精度测量带。该测量带的其主要任务就是鉴定战略导弹主动段的制导精度，为导弹试验、定型提供遥、外测数据。
