关于此次坦克两项竞赛规则的详细解读--央视《军情时间到 ...

这个我看了一下，里面关于“单车赛”的路线说明错了，那个路线是2014年比赛的路线，去年就已经改掉了，右边那个半圈已经不用跑了

  仔细又对比了比赛地图和现场视频，确实是这样，但是单圈罚跑500米没有变，引用下你的图:

关于罚圈规则：
ONE PENALTY LAP
for each missed target, during gunfire sessions
for one unengaged target
for maneuvering course or its element avoidance
for false start or unsanctioned fire opening
for driving when crew members are not in their seats
for munition loading without engine stopping
for halt at the hill (engine stop), rolling back or avoidance
for touching a side wall in the AT ditch passage causing a damage which won't influence operability of the equipment
for driving over a "mine" in the tracked minefield lane (per each mine)
for avoidance of the burning obstacle
for false start or unsanctioned fire opening
for driving when crew members are not in their seats
for munition loading without engine stopping
TWO PENALTY LAPS
for halt at water obstacle (engine stop)
rolling back when reaching opposite side or obstacle avoidance
for reverse driving, tripping over from tracked bridge or obstacle
for firing with opened hatches, side safety zones and firing out of the open-fire and cease-fire lines
for disobey chief judge, deputy chief judge, referees and support
for halt at the escarp (engine stop), rolling back or avoidance
for driving through the AT ditch passage without speed decreasing, halt (engine stop) or rolling back
for halt at the slope, rolling back or avoidance
for driving with opened hatches and breach of weapon discharging procedure
for firing with opened hatches, side safety zones and firing out of the open-fire and cease-fire lines

首先罚一圈是500米，然后按上述的罚圈规则罚跑，有罚一圈的，主要是一些常见违规则，更严重的违规要罚两圈
翻译过来就是：
罚一圈的情况：
1.打丢一个目标
2.打中一个未指定目标  (打到别人靶子上了)
3.改变路线或规避  (绕开任务点，比如该上坡却不上)
4.错误的开始或未许可的开火  (发令员未发令就开炮)
5.在乘员未就位的情况下行车
6.在发动机未停止的情况下装载弹药
7.在行进过程中停车、溜车或规避  (任务点)
8.触碰到反坦克壕两壁，造成不影响车辆操纵的损伤  (比如津巴布韦8月7日的那个车组，PS:如果影响到车辆操纵就不是罚圈这么简单了，换车更坑)
9.在雷场碾过地雷一次  (107车组挤伊朗的那次是为了避开地雷吧)
10.绕过燃烧障碍  (从来没见过，这个今年有吗？)

罚两圈的情况：
1.在水坑停车
2.到对面的时候倒车，或绕过障碍物
3.反方向驾驶或过车辙桥或障碍时被绊倒
4.打开舱盖开火，在安全区开火，或是超过开火区开火
5.不服从裁判
6.在陡坡停车(熄火)，溜车或绕过
7.在过反坦克壕时未减速，或熄火、溜车
8.在坡道上熄火、溜车或绕开，这个与罚一圈的情况7有点重合
9.在舱盖打开的情况下行驶或违反武器的卸载流程
