The Chinese government has started tochange its messaging on the country's stock market crash.

中国政府就股市崩溃改变了往常的说辞。

The government usually blames outside forces and short-sellers for deepdeclines in markets in Shenzen and Shanghai, but on Tuesday the governmentstarted singing a different tune.

通常，政府会将上海和深圳股市的股票大跌归咎于外部势力和短期卖家，但是周二的时候政府开始有了不同的说辞。

The Chinese government is now sayinginvestors simply don't understand China's growth model.

现在中国政府干脆说投资者不了解中国的发张模式。

Here's an excerpt from government-ownedtabloid Global Times (emphasis added):

"It is complicated to evaluate China'seconomy. For example, how to confirm the coordinates and parameters of such anevaluation is not easy. China has bid goodbye to double-digit economic growth,and has entered the 'new normal' of growth on a medium-to-high level.

"There is no need to worry because ofpessimistic voices from the outside world," it said. "China's economyis in a bitter period of structural adjustments. We should become inured toface all sorts of problems with grace. This temporary lack of confidence willnot snowball to become destructive."

What China did was put the screws to theUS.
a.) PBOC devalued the Yuan on purpose
b.) Which caused the US dollar to rise invalue
c.) PBOC in turn diversified their foreignreserve currencies(US dollars, T-bills, etc.) sell off at a high price.
Since IMF delayed the October meeting ofthis year to September of 2016, it gave PBOC time to diversify their reserveholdings, which is more then $3+ trillion us dollars.
China is preparing the next phase by havingthe Yuan included into the SDR basket.
The downside of this scenario, it will causean unstable global market, so what IMF, China and the US. Has come up with asolution too minimize the effect on the stock market.
Their plan is to create a special accountunder IMF's control and transfer all of China's US assets into that account, inessence IMF and the World Bank will own all of US debts.
