TAMPIN, Aug 16 — While maintaining a healthy relationship between Malaysia’s different races is important, Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi told Umno delegates today that there were some lines which he would not cross like eating pork to gain votes from Chinese voters.

I don't have to adopt the ways of a Islam to be friends with a Muslim. So long as friendship is genuine and transparent, without motive. They can wear western clothes, use western toiletries, get money from Chinese etc. All that is halal. Everyone is aware that good Muslims don't eat pork. So why raise this issue at all.

to the tune Najib play. I will not believe a single word he says and I hope Malaysian Chinese do not believe him. I don't know why all your ministers (for that matter a public figure) always answers a general question with a religious shade..Radicalization has started entering in your brains and this will only end with madness like the Talibans or ISIS. Young malays(consisting all religions), stay alert or else in the name of religion you will loose freedom even to breath. Eating of pork is not from the Muslims but from the Jews. Mosses instructed the Jews not to eat pork when the people were stricken by the Swine disease. Eating of pork is for health reasons and it is not committing a sin. Raping your daughter-in law and sleeping with 9 yr of girl is a sin which is an act perpetrated by the prophet. I don't have to adopt the ways of a Islam to be friends with a Muslim. So long as friendship is genuine and transparent, without motive. They can wear western clothes, use western toiletries, get money from Chinese etc. All that is halal. Everyone is aware that good Muslims don't eat pork. So why raise this issue at all.

I don't know why all your ministers (for that matter a public figure) always answers a general question with a religious shade..Radicalization has started entering in your brains and this will only end with madness like the Talibans or ISIS. Young malays(consisting all religions), stay alert or else in the name of religion you will loose freedom even to breath. If you want any experiences of the consequences you have to visit Afghan, parts of Pakistan bordering Afghan and other radicals dominated nations

Eating of pork is not from the Muslims but from the Jews. Mosses instructed the Jews not to eat pork when the people were stricken by the Swine disease. Eating of pork is for health reasons and it is not committing a sin. Raping your daughter-in law and sleeping with 9 yr of girl is a sin which is an act perpetrated by the prophet. Lets not make a big deal about eating pork when dishonesty, corruption, violence is perpetrated by people who do not consume the pork in Malaysia and in the Middle East .
