我没有认真研究这俩枪到底有什么优劣之分，希望超大的朋友来给我介绍一下。

差别不大，设计师不同。m14成本稍微高一点，后座小一点。

BM59没什么大的改进吧，基本上就是改变弹膛，能装弹匣，增加了快慢机的M1伽兰德。
7.62X51弹中，AR10才是最好的。

I went to basic training in Jan.1965 and was issued an M14. We fired from the 900 inch range to adjust the sight and out to the 1,000 yard range and everything in between.
我65年接受训练并发了把M14。
At infantry training we fired them on full auto, I didn't think they were as uncontrollable as people say but the barell is not heavy enough for sustained full auto fire. We also fired them with various sights, infared and telascopic.训练中我们用全自动模式，人们都说M14全自动很难控制，但我不这么认为。不过，M14枪管太细，全自动射击时会有问题。
I bought my Beretta M62 in the early 80's, aside from a longer barell on the M14 and a superior box magazine for the Beretta, I dont think there is any difference.在80年代末我买了个被雷打M62，M14的枪管长一些但被雷打的弹匣好一些，别的区别我看不出来。

基本上，BM59就是改变弹膛的M1伽兰德，并采用可卸式20发弹匣和增加了快慢机。另外还增加了北约标准直径的消焰器，以便发射枪榴弹。要发射枪榴弹时，必须翻起导气箍上的枪榴弹瞄准具并关闭导气孔。BM59是导气式操作原理的步枪，导气装置位于枪管下方。双闭锁突笋的回转式枪机。快慢机/保险开关位置与原来M1伽兰德一样，位于扳机护圈前，这一点与M14的独立快慢机操作柄不同。另外BM59的拉机柄位置也与M1伽兰德一样。BM59的机械瞄准具包括片状准星和觇孔照门式表尺，可调风偏和射程。除标准的20发弹匣外，还有两种14发和25发的弹匣，BM59的弹匣不仅可以在卸下时压弹，而且还可以在装在枪上时直接压弹，与M14方式相同，BM59的弹匣可以与M14互换。
