May 28, 2005, memorial day long weekend, drove down to Norflok, Virginia to visit the largest naval base in the world. arrived navy visit center around 2:20 pm. Unfortunately the last base tour bus jest left at 2:00 pm. jumped back the car and drove to downdown. at the harber, finally bought tickets for navy base harber tour. here are the pictures taken during the harber tour. first the pictures of a group of aircraft carriers that included three US Nimitz class carrirers and one French carrier De Gaulle. (the pictures of other warships DDG, CG and LHD will post on Monday June 6th, because those pictures need to edit. also need somebody in this webside do me a faver to translater this into chinese. I don't have chinese software in my computer. thanks)

here are other two US nimitiz class aircraft carriers. CVN 75 is Truman and don't know what's the name of the front one because couldn't see the number.
due to in the home base, US aircraft carriers don't have their aircrafts on their decks
